Analysis of specific systems of bodies with neutral bonds
Grúz, Jan ; Hájek, Petr (referee) ; Majer, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with analytical and graphical solution of three specific systems of bodies that are in static equilibrium. These systems of bodies contain neutral bonds. The opening part dedicates to theory and principles of solution of contact forces in bonds, which are further used for calculations and graphical solutions. The first system of bodies is a demonstrative tappet mechanism which was created for demonstration of some methods of graphical solution. The second system is inspired by lifting mechanisms in production lines. The aim is to find out the magnitude of contact forces for different positions of the lifted weight and a minimal torque of the propulsion. For solving the third system of bodies, principles of statics and hydrostatics are used. The aim is to find out the minimal magnitude of force for activating the mechanism. All systems of equations are solved in Matlab.
Stress, strength and strain analysis of the crane truss construction.
Nedělka, Pavel ; Borák, Libor (referee) ; Vrbka, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with stress, strength and strain analysis of the plane crane truss construction. The aim of this work is the calculation of forces for the simple frame with the help of joint equilibrium equations. These forces will be modified by further construction treatment. This treatment turns the simply frame into the hyperstatic system. The obtained values data are the input data for the design of geometry of particular bars. The unknown dimensions will be determined by two strenght limit states. These limits are: limit state of elasticity and limit state of stability. Then we will make the strain analysis. It will determine the displacement in the action of the force, the effect of actual clearance as well as the brace failury effect to the construction safety. Further will be determined the influence of the weight of the construction to the strenght.
Lift positional table
Solovský, Jakub ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on functional strength calculation of scissor lift mechanism, which serves for transporting loads of a weight 500 kg situated on a pallet. Required lift height is from the first position 0,75 m to the second 2,5 m above the ground. There are mentioned engineering design, calculation of roller conveyor drive, dimension of lifting mechanism and concept of linear hydraulic motor in particular parts of the thesis. Other part of this thesis is drawing documentation.
Strength design and deformation analysis of the truss construction.
Ryšánek, Michal ; Nedělka, Pavel (referee) ; Vrbka, Jan (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis is focused on strength design and strain-stress analysis of truss construction. Simplified as a plain truss construction. One of the main goals of this thesis is calculate stresses for each member of the construction, depending on the load position. The cross section of beams were designed respecting safety conditions. The influence of the gravity field was not taken into account.
Hoisting design of equipment for aircraft
Bureš, Martin ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
Bachelor thesis has solved the design of mobile air handler equipment. The content is the choice of an appropriate technical solution and implementation mechanism for the static analysis of network elements. Furthermore, the design of dimensional and material parameters of the main equipment parts, which are controlled by strength calculation. Another goal is to provide hydraulic power for mobility and security. The Manipulator allows lifting the maximum weight of 525 kg to a height of 1700 mm.
Stress and deformation analysis of railway bridge over the Odra River
Svoboda, Josef ; Profant, Tomáš (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with strain, stress and deformation analysis of the planar truss bridge construction. The aim is to determined the size of axial forces for statically determinate system and then making construction changes to reduce axial stresses in the individual beams in the structure. This structural modification becomes statically indeterminate structure. To solve this problem we consider different positions of the train at the bridge. The obtained values we can use to assess stress and deformation of the structure and the analytical results will be compared with the results obtained using the finite element method.
Strength design of the truss construction
Rašovská, Hana ; Horníková, Jana (referee) ; Vrbka, Jan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with strength, stress and strain analysis of the plain truss construction. The aim of the thesis is calculation the size of forces for two storage of the system with resultant suggestion of the cross- section geometry. The different position of the load is also considered. Further the influence of gravitational field of the Earth is reviewed as well as displacements in characteristic places, in construction is defined.
Strain, stress and strength analysis of the frame construction.
Hrubý, Jaroslav ; Vlk, Miloš (referee) ; Vrbka, Jan (advisor)
This work deals with the stress and strain calculation as well as with the safety evaluation at the plane (2-D) frame loaded by the individual force F. The aim of this work is not acquiring the use of cutting-edge computer programs to determine the stress and deformation, but to learn how to use practically the basic calculation methods being taught at the subject Strength of materials to get practical experience with the application of these calculation methods.
Influence of light touch on postural balance of persons with visual impairment
Součková, Zuzana ; Čakrt, Ondřej (advisor) ; Levínská, Kateřina (referee)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the influence of the sensory adaptation on postural balance of persons between 10 - 20 years old. The measurement of postural balance on stabilometric desc without visual control in postural situations in different difficulty with and without light touch. For this study 10 blind probands and 10 probands without visual impairment are tested. We expect that blind ones will show better results in all of tested COP parameters in all postural situations than control group because of sensory adaptation. Keywords postural stability, static balance, visual impairment, blindness, sensory adaptation
