The bachelor thesis focuses on design of marketing strategy. The first part of the work is devoted to marketing theory which is necessary for understanding this issue. The second part is devoted to analysis of the company in which findings from the first part are used. Based on this analysis proposals were made for strengthening market position of the company and increasing awareness among customers.

Angling Management in the Slapy Riverine Lake

The master's thesis focuses on Slapy valley reservoir which is first described as a suitable location for fishing and recreation. Special attention is also paid to its history. The main body of the thesis features the enumeration and characteristics of individual fish species which occur in the reservoir. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the evaluation of the fishing management of the reservoir from 1962 to 2016 considering fish stock and catches of individual species. Factors influencing the development and dynamics of the fish stock are also evaluated. The summary management of Slapy valley reservoir is analyzed in terms of fish stocking and fishing yields. In addition, the population dynamics trends of predatory and non-predatory fish species are analyzed on the basis of fishing catches. In the conclusion, the current condition of the fish stock is evaluated and some minor recommendations for optimizing the fishing management of the reservoir are proposed. Analysis of the Lipno dam reservoir fisheries management

The aim of the present bachelor thesis was to evaluate a development of the Lipno dam reservoir (the Vltava River, South Bohemia, Czech Republic) fisheries management during period from its filling in year 1958 to 1997 and during period 2004-2009. Fisheries statistics of number of stocked/caught fish (provided by the Czech Fishing Union; CFU) were used for the assessment of the state, as well as quantitative and qualitative changes of ichthyocenoses in time during monitored periods. These data were also compared with the results of the ichthyological screening at this dam reservoir in 2008 (undertaken by the employees of Biology Centre of the AS CR, v.v.i., Institute of Hydrobiology) in order to reveal a possible diference between a real fish assemblage compostion and structure of fishes caught by sport fishermen. Analyses of the catch sheets of the members of six choosen local organizations (belonging to CFU) from 2009 were used for evaluation of degree of fishing pressure during one choosen season (whole year) and for assessing of age structure of sport fishermen visiting Lipno dam reservoir.

Usage of production ponds for sport fishing in area of Třeboň and Nové Hrady

After a year 1989 opened new possibilities for sport fishing. The biggest change in this direction is the possibility of fishing in private fishing grounds. Fishing firms and the other private subjects started to derive benefit from this kind of fishing. This phenomenon is caused by increasing of the fishing pressure on wild waters and higher buying power of the population and its willingnes to spend more money for quality leisure time.Because most of these fishing grounds belong to commercial producers of market fish and sport fishing is realized as a form of economic mining fish on rod as a payed service. This fact causes different way of organisation and different rules of sport fishing.

Využívání vodní složky rurálního prostoru sportovními rybáři – motivace a konflikty

As tourism is considered one of the developing tools of rural regions and sport fishing is considered one of ecotourism activities it could be suitable for sustainable use of rural regions. Supply of sport fishing activities in the Czech Republic is quite diversified but on the other hand there is only a little knowledge about anglers. The aim of this paper is to reveal (1) the importance of selected items of motivation and perception of conflicts and (2) relationships among these items. The Třeboň region has been chosen as the study area.
