Risk Management of a Project in a Particular Company

This work focuses on risk management in a company that develops its activities through online marketing. Review of literature defines important terms that correspond to a given topic. Mostly we speak of identification, analysis methods and subsequent elimination of the impact of risks. In the analytical part are identified all possible risks for the company, which was established through external and internal environment of the company. Using lessons learned from the practical part contains recommendations on the elimination of risk.
Automation for welding cell

The work deals with automation, safety and control of the welding cell. At the beginning the possibilities of communication between the PLC and the robot are discussed. Then the work moves on to the definition of the cell requirements and the design of the function concept. This design is followed by a risk assessment which is followed by the design of risk reduction measures, including the design of the specific equipment used. This moves the work to the design and implementation of the control program for the PLC and HMI. The safety features proposed in the welding cell safety section are also addressed in the program. Following the implemented control program, a verification plan is designed and evaluated. And in the last section, suggestions for further development of the welding cell are written and the achieved results are summarized at the end.
Strategy of Small Company Development

Diploma thesis deals with the development strategies of the small business. First it presents the theoretical background that serves as a knowledge-based support for other parts of the work. Then performs an analysis. Based on these findings it tries to find flaws in its long-term strategy. The solution proposals redefine existing strategy and innovate the product base. After these changes can be assumed effective and sustainable development of the company.
Safety of bee frame making machine

In the research part, this bachelor's thesis elaborates on the legislative requirements regarding the operation of simple machinery, including the method of safety analysis in accordance to ČSN EN ISO 12100. The second part contains a description and safety analysis of the bee frames making machine, including proposed measures and treated risks.

Risk management processes improvement in Rosneft

The subject of bachelor's work is the company Rosneft. The purpose of the work is determination of causes of crises and economic risks, determination of factors that affect their magnitude in the risk management process, and development of the generalized model of risk identification and proposal of the methodical ways for risks reduction and adaptive endurance increase in Rosneft. The company Rosneft is the largest in Russia and one of the largest oil and gas companies in the world. Bachelor's work was divided into three main parts. The first part of the work covers the main terminology, the essence of economic risk and the risk of management, as well as the main aspects of crisis management and modern approaches to risk assessment as a threat of the emergence of crisis processes. The middle part describes the company and its economic activities. In this part includes an assessment of the financial conditions and analysis of the economic performance of Rosneft. The last section includes the definition of the main methods and steps aimed at reducing the risks of activities and increasing the adaptive endurance of Rosneft.
The origins of harm reduction in the Czech Republic in the context of foreign drug policy

This diploma thesis describes the origins of harm reduction (HR) in the Czech drug policy. It focuses on the role of HR in national strategies and the development of syringe and needle program and substitution treatment. The aim of the thesis is to describe and explain how the HR approach was developed in the Czech environment. Using the framework of policy diffusion, the author explains the mechanisms by which harm reduction was transferred from abroad. Thesis describes the history of drug policy and the development of the harm reduction approach in the world. This information forms the context in which the author advocates HR development in the Czech Republic's drug policy after 1989. By analysing expert texts and expert interviews she explains how the first national strategies were formed in which HR has been included since 1993. Similarly, it deals with the beginnings of syringe exchange, which has been in operation since 1986, and substitution treatment that was first used in 1992 and has been officially operational since 1997. Introduction:. In 2014, there were 180 thousand problematic users of drugs in the Czech Republic. Action plan of the realisation of National strategy of anti-drug politics in the Czech Republic concentrates on lowering the degree and risk of marijuana usage, while in the first period no specific programs for target group have been realised. In 2015, 2400 marijuana consumers were using low-threshold treatment programs. Topic of cannabis related drug users in drop-in centres and outreach programs appears at the expert meetings, though there is a lack of systematically developed material, which would be include good practice of low- threshold treatment programs for the target group. Aim: Primary aim of thesis is to provide a qualitative analysis of opinions of drop-in centers and outreach programs employees in Prague and Central Bohemian region regarding the possibility of offering harm reduction and therapeutic interventions to cannabis users.
