Práce se zabývá automatizací, bezpečností a řízením svařovací buňky. Na začátku jsou rozebrány možnosti komunikace mezi řídicím PLC a robotem. Následně práce přechází k~definici požadavků na buňku a návrhu koncepce funkce. Po tomto návrhu je provedeno posouzení rizik na které je navázáno návrhem opatření pro snížení rizik, včetně návrhu konkrétních použitých zařízení. Tím se práce přesouvá k návrhu a implementaci řídicího programu pro PLC a HMI. V programu jsou vyřešeny i bezpečnostní funkce navržené v části o bezpečnosti svařovací buňky. V návaznosti na implementovaný řídicí program je navržen a vyhodnocen verifikační plán. A v poslední části je sepsání návrhů pro další vývoj svařovacích buněk a v závěru jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky. The work deals with automation, safety and control of the welding cell. At the beginning the possibilities of communication between the PLC and the robot are discussed. Then the work moves on to the definition of the cell requirements and the design of the function concept. This design is followed by a risk assessment which is followed by the design of risk reduction measures, including the design of the specific equipment used. This moves the work to the design and implementation of the control program for the PLC and HMI. The safety features proposed in the welding cell safety section are also addressed in the program. Following the implemented control program, a verification plan is designed and evaluated. And in the last section, suggestions for further development of the welding cell are written and the achieved results are summarized at the end.
