Legal aspects of the relationship between development projects and environmental migration

This master thesis is focused on international-legal analysis of the relationship between development projects and environmental migration. The relationship between development projects and environmental migration is from the point of view of the international law almost unexamined and unregulated area, so this is the reason why I chose this theme as the topic of my research. The aim of this thesis is to analyse this relationship in respect to the international law and to search for an appropriate international legal instrument to regulate this relationship. The outputs are the answers to the following research questions: What is development project and what is environmental migration? What are the legal aspects of the relationship between development projects and environmental migration? Is it possible to treat this relationship in international law? Why is this area neglected by international law? Would not it be better to create a separate international legal framework for resettlement caused by development projects? Development of Orienteering in Chotěboř

Title: Development of Orienteering in Chotěboř Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to create appropriate conditions for the development of orienteering in Chotěboř. Projects by Development Commision of Czech Orienteering Federation should be realized to accomplish this goal.The first project to be done is designing permanent orienteering course and updating the map Za humny for this project. The second project is organizing a race to celebrate World Orienteerig day. Methods: The work described in the thhesis was carried out based on literature search and my own experiences with organizing and participating in orienteering races. Firstly, the projects to be done had been chosen. Secondly, the task list to fulfill these projects was made. And in the final stage the projects were realized and a report was written. Results: The practical output of this bachelor thesis is an areal of permanent courses Za humny with an updated map with the same name. To celebrate the World Orienteering day, 302 Chotěboř runners assisted with setting a new world record in the number of participants in orienteering events in one day. The education projects importance for the original Ladakh society the situation in Kargyak village

Resumé This baccalaureate work is dealing with the activities of the non-profit organizations in the indian Ladakh area. Ladakh is a part of the Jammu and Kashmir state, resp. Jammu, district Leh. It is still problematic area boardering with China (Tibet) and Pakistan. Ladakh lies at the Himalayan area and it is known for its very low rainfall activity. Therefore there is not much of fertile land and that forces to farm very hard or pasturage. In the work I will concentrate on the help in educating people living in the most remote areas, namely in Zanskar. The works objektive will be the presentation of the region, the people living there and the projects that are held in the place. There is also a target to answer some of the questions related to the foreign participation in local education and ecology services. The impacts created by implemantaion of the developing projects are different. The land changes, social changes, as well as changes in culture and politics. Why do the local people need a school in such a remote mountain area? The local people have been living in the area for hundread years without any need of help so why it comes right now? Do they really want the change? What does the background look like concerning the projects? Who is in the lead of the projects and how are they applicated?...
Analysis of improving the quality of the educational process at the State agrarian university of Moldova (SAUM)

Moldova is considered the poorest country in the European continent. The most important sector of the national economy in Moldova is still agricultural sector. 75 % of the population of Moldova live in rural areas and their livelihood depends on agriculture. Yet, agriculture in Moldova is the least developed among European countries and it faces major problems. Because of these reasons, with the entrance of Romania into the European Union, Moldova became a neighboring countrz and EU countries get more interested in international cooperation with Moldova. Through developing the quality of higher agricultural education in Moldova the improvement of unfavorable situation of Moldavian agriculture could be reached. Thanks to transfers of knowledge, know-how and better preparation of agricultural experts can be significantly improved the competitiveness of country's agriculture within european market. In Republic of Moldova were held projects dealing with development of education. This work analyze the improvement of the quality of the educational process at State Agrarian University in Chisinau. The research of thesis was aimed to teachers of university, who passed courses of pedagogical qualification. The results show that Czech courses lacked direct stays in the Czech agricultural universities and other agricultural institutions and more practical lessons rather than theoretical were needed. Neverthless, profesors consider Czech courses of pedagogical qualification in the framework of implemented Czech projects as very beneficial and effective and their realiazation should continue at SAUM.
Official development assistance and cooperation - Republic of Kyrgyzstan

The Kyrgyz republic belongs to the category of countries which, after the collapse of the USSR in 1991, got through a difficult transition from a centrally planned economy to a market economy. To this day, continue problems caused by the unpreparedness for secession from the Soviet bloc, still ranks Kyrgyzstan among the world's poorest countries. However, due to the rapid implementation of liberal reforms, it has bulit a position of the most democratic state in the region. Based on these facts, Kyrgyzstan since the beginning of its establishment operates a number of international organizations in the framework of effective cooperation making efforts to improve the current situation in the Kyrgyz Republic. Of all the Central Asian states official development assistance records the most significant share of gross national income in the Kyrgyz Republic. Kyrgyzstan also from the states of Central Asia receives the largest amount of ODA per capita. The thesis analyzes the individual donors, duration of cooperation and the amount of ODA that Kyrgyzstan receives annually from these donors. Based on the method of regression analysis, this thesis determined the expected increase in the amount of financial resources within the ODA in the next two years. This bachelor thesis also analyzed the priority sectors of cooperation for individual donors and identified the most preferred areas, supported by ODA, which are infrastructure and social services, economic infrastructure and services, health and education. In addition, it focused on the critical year 2010, in which it held a political coup, after which occurred the democratization process and the introduction into the parliamentary form of government. This bachelor thesis monitors the changes of the character of ODA after this year and the response of donors to the aforementioned events, including the subsequent ethnic riots in the south of the country. Based on the collected data and graphics, the increase in the amount of ODA for Kyrgyzstan was recorded after 2010 and the response in the form of projects aimed at the reconstruction of the affected areas.
Developement projects in Usti Region

The diploma thesis focuses on the Usti Region in terms of development projects which have been implemented. The irst part explains the basic definitions related to the development projects, includes the theoretical basis of the developement projects management, which is a defining element of it´s success and describes characteristic of non profit organizations. Usti Region has very specific economy and other characteristics, that´s why the detail analysis is part of the practical chapter and gives us general overview to the situation in the region. The interest in the development is progressive in time, that´s why the analysis of completed projects in Oparno Mill is included in the thesis. It aims to assess whether the projects were implemented correctly and their influences are positive for the territory. We work with hypotheses that were confirmed. We can conclude that human resources have an impact on the region development and also the n-goverment non profit organizations may contribute to the development of the territory with limited resources.
Socio-economic analysis and development possibilities of Kladno district focused on mikroregion Údolí Lidického potoka

This bachelor thesis deals with micro-region Mikroregion údolí Lidického potoka and its development possibilities. The theoretical part summarizes issues of regionalization and position of micro-regions in the regional structure of the Czech Republic. The whole area of Kladno district is analyzed from the socio-economic perspective, which is a region including the above mentioned micro-region. The results of analysis are focused on the municipalities which is the micro-region consisted of. Subsequently, these results are applied to the SWOT analysis. Its output and as well a contribution of this thesis are particular measures and development projects recommended to the Mikroregion údolí Lidického potoka for implementation.
Development Assistance of Czech Republic in Latin America

In firs theoretic chapter we can read about this current system. Secon part is dedicated to concrete forms of development assisance in each state in LA. Other part describes economic relations with Czech Republic measured by turnover.Finaly there is summary informing about influence of commerece realtions on providing the development assistance.
The Ethical Suitability and Rightness of the Project of Remole Adoption.

T h e project deals with adopting children from a distance in India and the assessment of the righteousness of the process from an ethical perspective. The first part introduces current India from a political, cultural, and religious perspective. The second part focuses on the introduction of the adoption from a distance process and evaluates the suitability and purposefulness of the individual parts of the project. The third part deals with the terms of righteousness and suitability of such adoption from a catholic perspective, where we also find the justification of the ethical part of the process. Such justification is later described in the description of Caritas in the threefold service to the church. following, you will find the incorporation of the human being into the social teachings of the church and the situational ethics. The project later focuses on the terms of solidarity, subsidiarity, and the universal relationship between men and charity. The last part is a practical excursion into the life of a community center in the Indian town of Moobidri, where the author visited himself.
