Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá působením rozvojových neziskových organizací v oblasti indického Ladakhu. Ten je součástí indického státu Jammu a Kashmir, resp. Jammu a jeho distriktu Leh. Jedná se o dodnes sporné území, hraničící s Čínou (Tibetem) a Pakistánem. Ladakh leží v oblasti Himalájských velehor a je specifický velmi nízkou srážkovou činností. Z toho vyplývá, že se zde nachází málo úrodné půdy, a tedy nutnost náročného zemědělství a pastevectví. Blíže se v této práci zaměřím především na pomoc ve vzdělávání obyvatel těžko dostupných oblastí, zejména oblasti Zanskar. Práce má za úkol představit region, jeho obyvatele a vybrané projekty, které v regionu působí. Má také za úkol pokusit se odpovědět na některé otázky týkající se participace cizinců na místním vzdělávání a v oblasti ekologie. Vlivy, které vznikají při implementaci rozvojových projektů, jsou různé. Od změn krajinných, přes změny sociální, kulturní a politické. Proč je potřeba pro místní obyvatele mít školu vysoko v horách? Ti zde žijí izolovaně po mnoho staletí, proč tato potřeba vznikla právě teď? Chtějí místní obyvatelé tuto změnu? Jaké jsou podmínky takových projektů? Kdo je vede a jak jsou aplikovány? Jaký je názor projektantů a jaký je názor místních obyvatel? Stěžejní kapitoly jsou věnovány dvěma organizacím, realizující... Resumé This baccalaureate work is dealing with the activities of the non-profit organizations in the indian Ladakh area. Ladakh is a part of the Jammu and Kashmir state, resp. Jammu, district Leh. It is still problematic area boardering with China (Tibet) and Pakistan. Ladakh lies at the Himalayan area and it is known for its very low rainfall activity. Therefore there is not much of fertile land and that forces to farm very hard or pasturage. In the work I will concentrate on the help in educating people living in the most remote areas, namely in Zanskar. The works objektive will be the presentation of the region, the people living there and the projects that are held in the place. There is also a target to answer some of the questions related to the foreign participation in local education and ecology services. The impacts created by implemantaion of the developing projects are different. The land changes, social changes, as well as changes in culture and politics. Why do the local people need a school in such a remote mountain area? The local people have been living in the area for hundread years without any need of help so why it comes right now? Do they really want the change? What does the background look like concerning the projects? Who is in the lead of the projects and how are they applicated?...
