Design of the robotic work cell for the spot welding
Hrubeš, Kryštof ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Bražina, Jakub (advisor)
This work deals with the design and creation of a virtual simulation of a robotic workplace for spot welding in the Tecnomatix Process Simulate. The aim of the work is to get acquainted with the issues of robotic workplaces, especially in the field of spot. Then, based on this knowledge, design a robotic work cell for welding two sheets. The whole process will then be simulated in the Tecnomatix Process Simulate and this simulation will serve as a demonstration in teaching.
Robotic cell design for coordinated robotic welding
Dvořák, Jaroslav ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design a robotic cell with two welding robots and rotary table in two designs and to compare different types of control. These designed alternatives evaluate possibly using of its parts. These designed variants compare physically and financially.
Design of a Robotic Cell for Flat Parts Production
Závodský, Martin ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the design of a robotic cell for the automation of woodworking machine tending. The task of the robot is to manipulate with the specified laminated chipboards of various sizes, before and after machining. The boards are brought to the cell on pallets in three possible placement variants. After a brief research part, conceptual designs of cell layout were created. The optimal and further elaborated design came as a result of selected evaluation criteria. The next part of the thesis consists of designs and selection processes of individual components. These were later used to create a simulation model in Tecnomatix Process Simulate software (Siemens), that helped to verify the functionality of the cell layout, design the control logic and acquire the time of the manipulation cycle used for informative calculation of annual production. In the end, the final design was evaluated from an economic point of view with an emphasis on the return of the initial investment.
Design of a Robotic Cell for Operating a Jet Machine for Cleaning Castings
Vrána, Vojtěch ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
The main goal of this master’s thesis is to create a design of robotic cell for operating of blasting machine. Operation of blasting machine consists of robotic manipulation of aluminium castings from input container to the blasting machine conveyor. After blasting operation aluminium castings are manipulated by robot from conveyor to output container. The part of the master's thesis is proposal of several variants of solution of design of robotic cell. Afterwards the best option is selected. The thesis also deals with design and selection of functional components in robotic cell. Functional verification of robotic cell is made in software Tecnomatix Process Simulate. Technical-economics evaluation is also part of this master’s thesis.
Design of a Robotic Cell for Depalletization and Placement a Rail to a Production Station
Novák, Adam ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis dealswith a design of a robotic cell for depalletization and the establishment of a rail into a production station. Pieces are weighed into the depalletizing unit in a shape-adapted crates otherwise known as blisters. Each blister contains five to eight pieces(depending on the type of a rail) and anti-corrosion paper. After removing the paper and the piece from the blister, an identification code is stamped on the piece. Then the finished piece travels to the next station. The aim of this thesis is to design arobotic cell that can handle all operations in a given cycle time and to create a simulation model in Siemens Process Simulate program to verify the cell functionality.
Design of a Robotic Cell for Bin-Picking Application
Veverka, Ivo ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
This master´s thesis describes the concept of Bin-picking technology, image recognition and the posibility of grasping parts of various shapes. It deals with the interaction between industrial robot, end-effector and recognition cell system in the industrial cell in process of random collection of parts from the box. The practical part is concerned with construction of end effector for a given part of a specific shape in a random selection/collection of parts from industrial pallets. For this operation is used the KUKA KR16 industrial robot and for safety reasons senzor FTC/collision OPS. Further work is designed working cell which deals with the design and layout of the working elements including security.
Design of interconnections and program modules for robotic cell control for parts creation
Fursov, Ihor ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes design of interconnections and program modules for robotic cell control for parts creation. Research of this work is focused on industrial comunication protocols. The next part analyzes separate parts of the cell and their ways of connection. Futhermore, control structures of the cell are proposed and after comparison of them SCADA system structure was chosen. Project of connecting separate devices is done in Wonderware Systém Platform. The next step describes procedure of interconection of parts of the cell with each other. Then was designed visualization to operate robotic cell and to illustrate its state. Whole visualization was created using Wonderware InTouch program. In conclusion thesis is reviewed.
Robotized glue application on large parts
Chmola, Martin ; Bražina, Jakub (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis examines the issues of virtual commissioning robotic cell with task of dispensing sealant on lid of the battery of electric vehicle. The thesis contains background research about technology of gluing, types of glues and sealants, the possibilities of dispensing them and pre-dispensing operations as supply, measurement of dose and mixing of multi component glues. In following chapter is discussed problem analysis and several options of problem solving, one option is chosen, created and trouble shot in Robotstudio as a functioning virtual robotic cell. Creating the solution includes choose of capable sealant, work space for robot and technology, also supply of sealant, creating a gripper and choosing of robot is included.
Design of welding cell
Šuba, Marek ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a robotic cell for spot resistence welding of sheet metal parts. The base of this thesis will be the research of industrial robots, spot welding guns, welding fixtures, robot grippers, sensors and safety precautions used in such robotic cells. Second part of the thesis contains few concepts regarding the robotic cell itself and the choice of the best one for the situation at hand. Third part of the thesis contains the choice of welding guns, construction of the welding fixtures and possibly even robot grippers for the given metal sheet parts. In the last part of the thesis comes the simulation of the welding process in RobotStudio (software from ABB), check whether the robotic cell meets the requested production time needed and a final assessment of the results.
