The Effect of Stimulative Systems on Companies Costs and Revenues

Dissertation thesis deals with issue stimulation remuneration system for employees of workers profession. Empiric research is focused on situation in the field of remuneration for employees in custom engineering companies acting in the Czech Republic. The final facts from both research are the starting point for creating predictive model. The model offers two main possibilities how to reward workers. It allows settings for each specific company and shows the impact of both chosen system and its settings on financial economy of company.

Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Company.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the motivational system and proposals for changes to this system in the Czech Radio Brno, using a quantitative research method. The aim of the translated graduate thesis is to propose acceptable changes in the motivational program of the enterprise for the training of qualified employees, which will allow further development of the selected organization. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts relating to motivation, the system of remuneration and overall remuneration. The second part contains an analysis of the current incentive system of the selected enterprise. As part of the data collection, a questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the employees ' satisfaction with the existing incentive program. The results of the questionnaire survey show that employees are to some extent satisfied with the current remuneration system. The last part of the work focuses on 6 possible proposals for improving this system.

Employee Motivation in a Selected Business Company and Changes Related with its Concept.

The main aim of this thesis is to propose changes to the current motivational program in a selected business corporation and other areas closely related to employee motivation. To achieve this goal, the relevant theoretical background has been studied. Subsequently, key terms such as motivation, stimulation and others were defined. Furthermore, an analysis of the current situation in the company was made. The research consists of a statistical test that examines the relationship of pre-specified qualitative factors. The calculations are based on data from the questionnaire survey. The results can, for example, indicate whether factors in the form of work environment, age or level of education affect employee preferences in motivation. Based on the acquired knowledge and data, specific changes in relation to employee motivation were proposed. For example, a proposal in the area of financial or non-financial bonuses, a program for young people, leisure activities, competition employee of the month and others.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the recruitment process with a focus on human resource management in the production company EXCALIBUR AMRY spol. a.s., improving the recruitment process with a new way of working with students and improving the occupancy of unpopular positions in the company. The whole work consists of three main parts, the first part contains the theoretical background needed to write the work, in the second part we can meet the analysis of the environment and specific problems and in the third phase we can find a proposal to improve the bottleneck to streamline society.
