Stories for relaxation and therapy in kindergarten

The bachelor thesis titled Relaxation and Therapeutic Stories in Kindergarten focuses on the contribution of these methods to the development of preschool children. It presents an expert perspective on the importance of stories, fairy tales, games, drawing, relaxation, massages and mandalas. It highlights the benefits of these activities in reducing stress, promoting social skills and improving the overall psychological state of children. The practical section presents a project combining these practices and describes the implementation of a range of relaxation and therapeutic stories, haptic massages and yoga exercises in a kindergarten setting, including their subsequent evaluation with children and teacher over a six-month period. It briefly captures each of the therapeutic stories, yoga relaxation exercises with stories, relaxing haptic massages and games. It describes the process of their implementation and evaluation.
The use of crisis intervention in a kindergarten setting

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of kize and crisis interven?on and the benefits of using it in a kindergarten se?ng to support children who are in challenging life situa?ons. The theore?cal part introduces the topic of psychological crisis and the specifics of its experience in childhood, presents the principles of crisis intervention and again the specifics related to preschool children. The practical part is based on qualitative research based on interviews with eight preschool teachers, which maps their experiences with children's experiencing crisis and dealing with such situations in the kindergarten environment.
Relaxation techniques and their application in physiotherapy of functional disorders of the locomotive system

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of functional disorders of the locomotive system and the influence of relaxation techniques on this issue. Functional disorders of the locomotive system arise mostly due to long-term overloading or due to poor movement stereotypes, which are closely related to the function of the deep stabilization system and muscle loops. A significant influence on the development of these disorders is also the psyche, which is often impaired in patients diagnosed with functional disorders of the locomotive system, especially in connection with pain, which is the main symptom. Physiotherapy in functional disorders of the locomotive system can be very variable and many methods can be used, but this bachelor thesis examines the effect of relaxation techniques. The theoretical part describes the functional disorders of the locomotive system including characterictics of origin, etiopatogenesis, risk factors and various types of functional disorders of the locomotive system. One of the aims of the thesis was to find out the possible influence of the psyche on functional disorders of the locomotive system. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the desription and anatomy of the deep stabilization system, which is very closely related to this issue, as well as muscle loops. The last part of the the theoretical part is a description and mapping of individual relaxation techniques usable in physiotherapy, which was also one of objectives of this thesis. The practical part of the thesis consists of three case reports, when the age of probands with the diagnosis of functional disorder of the locomotive system occured in the range of 22 years to 62 years. A qualitative research method was used, with a total of ten meetings between November 2019 and February 2020. Each proband was subjected to input and output kinesiological analysis to compare and verify effects of therapy.
The application of relaxation techniques at elementary school

This diploma thesis focuses on the employment of relaxation techniques in primary school teaching and the particular relaxation techniques. The aim of the thesis is to find out what relaxation techniques are used by teachers in primary schools teaching and which defferences can be found in the use of relaxation techniques according to specific type of school. Semi-structured interview, participant observation and data analysis are used for the reset of the research.
The use of relaxation techniques for children suffering anxiety in kindergarten

This bachelor work deals with the use of relaxation techniques for children suffering anxiety in kindergarten. The aim of this bachelor is to determine, which relaxation techniques teachers in kindergarten use, how anxious children behave in kindergarten and how they react to relaxation techniques. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on anxiety and fear in children from birth to preschool age and also on relaxation techniques that can be a tool to reduce anxiety. The practical part consists of observing children marked as anxious, as well as action research of relaxation techniques. The author implements relaxation techniques in a chosen kindergarten, and she focuses on the reactions of anxious children to relaxation. The aim of the action research is to implement relaxation techniques so that anxious children feel comfortable and relaxed. The relaxation should help children to reduce anxiety. The work is supplemented by interviews with teachers in kindergartens.
Psychohygiene in School and Application of Relaxation Techniques into the Teaching Process at Elementary School

This bachelor work is dealing with the question of psychohygiene in school and application of relaxation techniques into the teaching process at elementary schools. Mental hygiene here is primarily focused on the pupils. This work defines several basic terms regarding to the topic, for example: psychohygiene, mental health, relaxation techniques etc. Primary intention of this work is refer to the necessity to pursue greater attention to the psychohygiene of the pupils since elementary school, due to keeping their mental health in balance, learning how to relax, preventing mental problems, fatigue or exhaustion. Possible symptoms of mental unease of pupils and reasons why it is necessary to care about their mental health are stated in this work. Finally this work offers some relaxation techniques and practices. Part of this work is also suggestion of several relaxation techniques, which would be usable and suitable at school for integration into the educational process. Psychohygiene as An Essential Prerequisite for Burnout Syndrome among Workers in The Social Sphere

The Bachelor's thesis focuses on mental hygiene as a basic prerequisite for preventing burnout syndrome among social workers. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the Bachelor's thesis is then divided into three main chapters. The first chapter defines the key difference between the two main professions in social work social workers and social services workers. The second chapter characterizes burnout syndrome and describes the basic stages of burnout experienced by people suffering from this syndrome. The third chapter then explains the concept of mental hygiene and discusses its effect on preventing burnout. The objective of the practical part is to map awareness of burnout syndrome and mental hygiene. Next, it aims to describe mental hygiene among social workers and social services workers employed in the Retirement Home in Benešov. The data from a qualitative research were collected using semi-structured interviews. The research showed that the employees of the Retirement Home in Benešov have a basic awareness of burnout syndrome and mental hygiene. However, the research has also identified that the retirement home offers no professional supervision, but the employees would welcome it.
The psychological burden and the possibilities of its management in the profession of a teacher of economic subjects

The diploma thesis is focused on the psychological burden in the profession of a teacher of economic branches. The aim is to examine the issue of psychological stress of teachers, to compare the main stress causes of high school and college teachers and to find out which psycho-hygienic methods are most effective for coping with psychological stress. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the psychological burden of teachers, the definition of the main stressors, the stress of the teachers, and the selected techniques of psycho-hygieny. Based on a survey in the empirical part, we compare the causes of psychological stress of high school and college teachers of economic fields, identify the largest sources of stress and compare the effectiveness of psycho-hygienic methods. At the end of this work is an assessment of the current situation and recommendations to the teachers of economic.

The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of my bachelor's work is devoted to psychosomatics and its relationship with vertebrogenous painful syndrome, particularly in the cervical spine. It describes a therapeutic approach to back pain and the links of psyche with back pain for patients where no structural or functional difficulties source were found.
