Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou funkčních poruch pohybového aparátu a vlivem relaxačních technik na tuto problematiku ve fyzioterapii. Funkční poruchy pohybového aparátu vznikají nejčastěji na podkladě dlouhodobého přetěžování či vlivem špatných pohybových stereotypů, se kterými úzce souvisí funkce hlubokého stabilizačního systému a svalových smyček. Výrazný vliv má na vznik těchto poruch také psychika, která je často u pacientů s diagnózou funkční poruchy pohybového aparátu negativně ovlivněná, a to především ve spojitosti s bolestí, která je hlavním příznakem. Fyzioterapie u funkčních poruch pohybového aparátu může být velice variabilní a lze využít mnoho metod, ovšem tato bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv relaxačních technik. V teoretické části práce je popsána problematika funkčních poruch pohybového aparátu včetně charakteristiky vzniku, etiopatogeneze, rizikových faktorů a jednotlivých druhů funkčních poruch pohybového systému. Jedním z cílů práce bylo zjistit možný vliv psychiky na funkční poruchy pohybového aparátu. Dále se teoretická část zabývá popisem a anatomií hlubokého stabilizačního systému, který úzce s touto problematikou souvisí, stejně jako svalové smyčky. Poslední součástí teoretické části práce je zmapování jednotlivých relaxačních technik využitelných ve fyzioterapii, což bylo zároveň jedním z cílů této práce. Praktická část práce je tvořena třemi kazuistikami, kdy se věk probandů s diagnózou funkční poruchy pohybového aparátu vyskytoval v rozmezí 22-62 let věku. Byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu, kdy celkem proběhlo 10 setkání v období od listopadu 2019 do února 2020. U každého probanda byl proveden vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor pro porovnání a ověření efektu terapie. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of functional disorders of the locomotive system and the influence of relaxation techniques on this issue. Functional disorders of the locomotive system arise mostly due to long-term overloading or due to poor movement stereotypes, which are closely related to the function of the deep stabilization system and muscle loops. A significant influence on the development of these disorders is also the psyche, which is often impaired in patients diagnosed with functional disorders of the locomotive system, especially in connection with pain, which is the main symptom. Physiotherapy in functional disorders of the locomotive system can be very variable and many methods can be used, but this bachelor thesis examines the effect of relaxation techniques. The theoretical part describes the functional disorders of the locomotive system including characterictics of origin, etiopatogenesis, risk factors and various types of functional disorders of the locomotive system. One of the aims of the thesis was to find out the possible influence of the psyche on functional disorders of the locomotive system. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the desription and anatomy of the deep stabilization system, which is very closely related to this issue, as well as muscle loops. The last part of the the theoretical part is a description and mapping of individual relaxation techniques usable in physiotherapy, which was also one of objectives of this thesis. The practical part of the thesis consists of three case reports, when the age of probands with the diagnosis of functional disorder of the locomotive system occured in the range of 22 years to 62 years. A qualitative research method was used, with a total of ten meetings between November 2019 and February 2020. Each proband was subjected to input and output kinesiological analysis to compare and verify effects of therapy.
