Eva Konopáčová Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Fyzioterapie u pacientů s vertebrogenními obtížemi v oblasti krční páteře a role psychosomatiky Abstrakt: Tématem bakalářské práce je Fyzioterapie u pacientů s vertebrogenními obtížemi v oblasti krční páteře a role psychosomatiky. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje problematice psychosomatiky a její souvislosti s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem, především v oblasti krční páteře. Popisuje terapeutický přístup k bolestem zad, dále pak souvislost psychiky s bolestí zad u pacientů, u kterých nebyl nalezen strukturální či funkční zdroj obtíží. Další části práce se zabývají etiologií a patogenezí vertebrogenních onemocnění, je zde shrnut anatomický popis páteře se zaměřením na krční páteř a jsou zde uvedeny možnosti fyzioterapeutické intervence u psychosomatických pacientů. Praktická část obsahuje jednu kazuistiku pacientky, která trpí vertebrogenními obtížemi v oblasti krční páteře. Další částí je metodologie práce, která zahrnuje cíl a základní předpoklad práce, literární rešerši, kritéria pro výběr pacientů, vstupní klinické vyšetření a postup cvičební jednotky. Eva Konopáčová Oponent: Title of bacherol thesis: The Physiotherapy of Patients with Vertebrogenic Difficulties in the Cervical Vertebrae Area and the Role of Psychosomatic Medicine Abstract: The theme of the bachelor's work is Physiotherapy for Patients with Vertebrogenous Problems of the Cervical Spine and the Role of Psychosomatics. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of my bachelor's work is devoted to psychosomatics and its relationship with vertebrogenous painful syndrome, particularly in the cervical spine. It describes a therapeutic approach to back pain and the links of psyche with back pain for patients where no structural or functional difficulties source were found. The other parts of my work deal with etiology and pathogenesis of vertebrogenous disease. They summarize anatomical description of the spine with a focus on cervical spine. There are the possibilities of physiotherapy intervention for psychosomatic patients. The practical part contains a case report of a patient who suffers from vertebrogenous problems in the cervical spine.
