Kubrycht, Šimon ; Vorálek, Rostislav (advisor) ; Kočíb, Tomáš (referee)
Title: Selected Factors Affecting Libero Passing in Volleyball Objectives: The aims of my bachelor's thesis are to identify and analyze the key factors affecting libero passing in the Czech men's volleyball extraliga and to analyze the use of selected skills employed in passing within the context of training. Methods: As the research method in our work, we used an anonymous questionnaire, with liberos from teams in the "ČEZ Men's Extraliga" participating as respondents. A total of ten respondents participated in this questionnaire. For questions where respondents rated their answers on a scale, we used the calculation of arithmetic mean. We then compared and evaluated the data. Results: We found out which anticipatory sources are most and least used by players when receiving a serve. Specifically, the most commonly used sources include the toss by the serving player, their laterality, the run-up location, or the opponent's strategy and tactics. Conversely, the least used sources include the surface of the hall or the team's position in the standings. Other results of our research include the distances at which receiving players position themselves for receiving jump float and floater serves. In the questions regarding the training of anticipation, reaction and split step, we found that some Czech...

Čapková, Ema ; Klabíková Rábová, Tereza (advisor) ; Koudelková, Petra (referee)
With a growing need to differentiate themselves on the market, companies are increasingly turning to influencers to engage potential customers. This bachelor thesis focuses on the role of authenticity in influencer marketing campaigns in the foodservice industry. The thesis first builds a theoretical foundation where the concepts of influencer marketing, authenticity and its influence on consumer behaviour are defined. In order to answer the research question of whether authenticity plays a role in the success of influencer marketing campaigns in the gastronomy industry, a mixed-methods research involving qualitative social media analysis and quantitative questionnaire survey was conducted. In the practical part of the thesis, two specific campaigns are examined: the collaboration of chef Přemek Forejt with McDonald's and a youtuber duo called Kluci z Prahy with Wolt. The analysis of social media, specifically YouTube and Instagram, where the campaigns were primarily communicated, and the subsequent questionnaire survey revealed that authenticity is important for the success of campaigns in gastronomy. Authentic communication was associated with positive audience reception, while an inauthentic approach resulted in negative reactions. Due to the complexity of the issue, this paper does not provide...

Novičichin, Stanislav ; Perič, Tomáš (advisor) ; Zdobinský, Adam (referee)
Title: Cognitive level as a determinant of performance in combat sports Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to determine the impact of cognitive function levels on performance in combat sports, specifically Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). The work focuses on comparing the cognitive abilities of professional and semi-professional fighters, with particular emphasis on reaction times, decision-making accuracy, and variability in motor responses. Another goal is to identify potential differences in these abilities between the two groups and to understand how these differences might influence their sports performance. Methods: In our study, we used standardized cognitive tests to measure reaction times, decision-making Accuracy, and variability in motor responses. The data were analyzed using statistical methods, including the Mann-Whitney test for comparing independent samples. Results: The results showed that professional fighters achieved higher scores in cognitive tests compared to semi-professional fighters. Surprisingly, however, the professional fighters had longer reaction times than the semi-professional fighters. Semi-professional fighters exhibited greater variability in motor responses and lower accuracy in decision-making tests. Keywords: reactions, motor learning, jiu jitsu,...

Mrňová, Petra ; Prokop, Tomáš (referee) ; Ambrůz, Jan (advisor)
In her work, the student focuses on the objectification of personal perception of a specific conflict situation. She identifies a hurtful feeling that has stuck in her memory and constantly raises questions. With ignorance or unconsciousness of where the edge is and where it is beyond the edge. Describes and seeks mantineles of self-insight capacity. Where does the ability to control begin and end? The author tries to empathize with people who cross her imaginary edges in what is right, and asks herself if they cross their own? The performative placement of tempered glass in the crown of a tree serves for a materialistic grasp of the limits: "what can be carried", "where is the edge", "what is capacity."

Reactive Audit
Hlísta, Juraj ; Drozd, Michal (referee) ; Hanáček, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the proposal and the implementation of an extension for the audit system in Linux - the reactive audit. It brings a new functionality to the auditing in form of triggering reactions to certain audit events. The reactive audit is implemented within an audit plugin and its use is optional. Additionally, there is another plugin which stores some audit events and provides time-related statistics for the first plugin. As the result, the mechanism of the reactive audit does not only react to some audit events, it is also able to reveal anomalies according to the statistical information and set ofe the appropriate reactions. It is a fairly general mechanism that can be useful in various situations.
Dance with a Million Knots. A return to craft techniques and artistic work with textiles in the context of contemporary artistic practice
Gryboś, Julia ; Klodová, Lenka (referee) ; Janečková,, Zuzana (referee) ; Rathouský, Luděk (advisor)
Dissertation entitled Dance with a Million Knots. A return to craft techniques and artistic work with textiles in the context of contemporary artistic practice maps the tendency of the return to craft techniques and handwork in the field of contemporary art. The tendency is reflected in the text through the definition of its relevant terms, examples of several domestic and international exhibition projects, the handwork-oriented practice of contemporary artists, and through a reflection on my own artistic practice. Following the assumption that the process of production and creation itself is now more central to artistic concerns, the dissertation asks for the causes and reasons for this turn, while also anchoring it in a broader social context. The reflection on the topic is presented in the thesis through an experience formulated from the position of a long-standing collaborative artistic practice with Barbora Zentkova, offering an associative reflection on the form and scope of the tendency in contemporary art, as well as on its possible sources and causes.
Medical and sanitary staff reaction on physical attack in a health-care institution
KÁCHA, Vojtěch
This bachelor thesis deals with the matter of physical attack on medical personnel in health-care institution, especially on the emergency unit. Medical staff can get into confrontation with pacient, who can be influenced by drugs, alcohol, serious mental illness, or by difficult life situation, which evoke conflict behavior. This confrontation then can be dangerous for safety of health workers, but also their patients. Theoretical part will be based on characteristics of violence, agression and theoretical methodology during encounter with agressive pacient. Study define violence and it´s categories. It also shows resolving methods already escalated confrontation. In practical part study searches and compares aggression resolution between two regional and two district hospitals. It mainly identifies, which techniques health-care institution workers use in order to prevent physical attack from patient, then how health-care workers react to it and also how often do they encounter verbal and physical aggression during their shift. For this research the qualitative technique, along side with inquiring method and in-depth conversation will be used, whereas the research sample is going to be medical staff on the emergency department i.e. nurses and paramedics. Result of the study shows, that health-care workers are in contact with verbal aggression almost every workshift, with physical then only occasionally, eventhough the number of cases have grown. Result of thesis tells, that there is bigger number of cases in district hospitals, than, logically, in regional hospitals, especially because of higher number of patients in district hospitals. But in percentage sign it could be told, that the number is same, no matter the location. The more the health-care personnel are in contact with aggressive behavior, the more they had to adapt to it. And so if they notice, that the situation cannot be deescalated, they will rather call for security service of the hospital, or for the police, so they would not have to risk their own, or the patients' health. But primarily they are trying to handle the situation with principles of correct communication. Unsettling discovery is, that patients' conflict behavior is for hospital personnel on daily basis and it is no longer suprising for them. Prevalence It seems, that for society agrressive behavior became standart way of how to achieve it's goals. There should be enough attention for society to realise, that aggressive Aggression prevalence in hospital instituon points to more komplex society problem, where aggressive behavior is more and more seen as legitimate way, of achieving goals. Study is warning before aggressive prevalence in healt-care institutions. Solution of this problem stands on cooperation of several pillars. Hospital headquarters should provide enough safety for their workers and patients from aggressors and also organise educational programs about correct approach towards aggressive people a eventually elementary courses of self-defence, if needed. These results should also alarm media companies, which should aim for primary prevention a should actively draw attention and convey people about that there is no place for aggression in health-care instition without legitimate reason, because resolution of conflicts is exactly what holds off personnel from providing quality and effective health-care.
