The Effect of the Exercise program on Seniors with Specific needs

Title: The effect of the exercise program on seniors with specific needs Objectives: The main objective of this study us to determine the effectiveness of a newly developer gymnastics program on the functional fitness of individual members of a selected group of seniors. Methods: The research takes the form of a quasi-experiment with pretest and posttest measurements. The methods of data collection were senior fitness test: the chair stand test, biceps curl test, the chair sit and reach test, the back scratch test, the 2.45-m up-and-go test around and field tests: 2kg weight throw and one leg stand. An online questionnaire was an additional method. Data analysis was provided by descriptive statistics. Results: Participants were tested in 5 tests that were part of Senior fitness test and 2 field tests. The results of the posttest showed that after completing the gymnastic movement program, individuals increased their fitness level. There was a 64,51 % percentage change in the first test. In the second test there was an improvement of 48,24 %. In the third test there was an average improvement of 17,16 %. In the fourth test there was an improvement of 11,11 %. The diploma thesis is focused on a business communication mix. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current situation and draft a new communication mix of the company. The subject of the analysis is a restaurant called „U Šošona“, located in Brno – Královo Pole. The first part focuses on the theoretical knowledge for the elaboration of the thesis. The second part contains an analysis of the company’s sorroundings and in the last part, the work focuses on a proposal to increase the attendance of the restaurant.

Consumption and species representation of vegetable oils in the daily diet families in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis focuses on consumption and species representation of vegetable oils, fats in the daily diet families in the Czech households. In the theoretical section, I conducted a literary research of available resources regarding to the subject. This section focuses on definition of oils and fats, their chemical composition fats and fatty acids. Well-known and less known vegetable oils with the highest contents of saturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, omega -6 and omega -3 fatty acids. Also processing and use of vegetable oils. Importance of fats in human nutrition and nutritional recomendations. In the practical section is described methodology of the research. I chose a questionnaire method to collect the datas. Questionnaire survey focuses on consumption and species representation of vegetable oils, fats in the daily diet families in the Czech households. What are the criteria for shopping of vegetable oils and their usage in the kitchens. Whether people know about positive effescts of omega- 6 and omega -3 fatty acids in human nutrition and also importance to human health. The partial results are characterised and discussed in the conclusion of this work.

Teacher the beginner

My Diploma Thesis "Newly qualified teachers" is devoted to new teachers with less than 3 years of teaching experience after they graduated from accredited college and received a degree as a teacher. My focus is on the teachers in elementary schools. The goal of the theoretical part of my thesis is to collect technical information, opinions, ideas and knowledge from experts in the teaching profession in general, to characterize the new teacher's personality. In the few chapters I ponder possible fears, concerns, weaknesses and needs of the new teachers, and I also mention problematic field of the evaluation and self assessment of a new teacher. The content of the practical part of my thesis is exploratory inquiry using a method of survey. The goal of the questions and answers is to find out if the orientation of new teachers in elementary schools is functioning well with prepared orientation plan, and to identify and map out the problem areas that the new, inexperienced teachers feel in the beginning of their teaching carrier, and subsequently to detect and identify the new teachers' needs. Utilization of stratification layers national language in advertising

The thesis deals to using stratification layers of a national language in advertisement. The theoretical part introduces a history and development of advertising, points out legislative adjustments and describes a marketing comunication. The part devoted on vocabulary focuses on changes and nowadays progress. In next part there are introduced other vocabulary layers and there are showed mistakes on specific advirtisment too. The empirical part introduces a project for elementary school students and a research complied from questionare. Results are subjected to analisys a compared with defined hypothesis in advance. All thesis focuses on perception of individual parts of and national language by adolescents and adult recipients too.

Thema works: Determining the fitness level of individuals in the treatment of addiction and a summary of their views on their physical activity Student: Marcela Joglová Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. The objectives: The target of my work was to monitor the usage of physical activities in the treatment program and to find out the fitness level of patients in the addictive department in Vseobecna fakultni hospital in Prague. Also one of my target was to get to know the patients' opinions on the physical activities before, during ad after the treatment. Methodology: Eight patients were included and agreed to be examined. Regulary, every Tuesday they had done specific motorics' tests. They had been doing it for ten weeks. At the same time I distributed 25 questionares with 14 articles and with 100 % return in the following up post treatment group.
