The subject of this thesis is an apartment house villa type. This house is designed wall system porotherm, ceilings are monolithic concrete and roofed building is a combination of flat roofs and truss. The house is in its conception conceived as a single-storey with different heights of dwellings, replicating outdoor terrain, only part of the plan is a two-storey building. The building is composed of four separate apartments, each with its own main entrance and access to the garden.

Swimming Centre Brno

The main topic of this project is a concept for the new building of the swimming center associated with a fitness center and a café. The site is located in the western part of locality Brno - Židenice, directly adjacent to the Healthcare Centre Viniční and is located in the neighbourhood of Brno - Vinohrady. Irregular and topographically challenging site determines the shape of newly emerging swimming center building. Compact mass composed from two main blocks connected by a third block rotated for 45. The building consists of two overground floors and one underground floor. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a café, facilities for employees and a swimming center itself with its facilities for visitors. The second floor serves as a standalone wellness and fitness center and underground as a technical facility for the entire building. The building is from the side adjoining Vinohrad partially sunk into the ground. Front facades overlooking Brno are designed as wholeglazed. The remaining facades are covered with a light gray concrete compound. The main entrance to the building is located in the tilted block. The space in front of the entrance, complemetnig the rectangle in a floorplan, is left free. It serves as a meeting and passing point but also as a place for leisure for all the visitors of swimming center as well as the of the Healthcare Centre.
Detached House with the dental surgeries

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design documentation of a detached house with the dental surgeries, designed for a family of five. The house is situated in the region in the Vysočina village Vystrkov - Humpolec cadastral district Humpolec. The building is designed as a brick building, where vertical structures are designed from a structural system POROTHERM and BTB hardware and horizontal structures are designed from the structural system POROTHERM and ceiling panels SPIROLL. The main building is covered with half-hip roof with two skylights and plan of the establishment and of the wine cellar is covered with a flat roof walkway. Construction of pitched roofs is made by composite truss of timber and steel components and a purlin system. The building has two above ground and one underground floor, which occupies only a portion of floor space above ground floors.

Cooperation between the volunteer, the client and o. s. Lata - Programy pro ohroženou mládež Abstract: The thesis deals with issues of a voluntary work on field of programmes focused on working with threatened children, adolescents and young adults by form one to one. It's focused on a mentors project running by the citizens' association LATA - Programmes for Threatened Adolescents. It pays attention especially to factors, which can influence the relationship between a volunteer, a client and an organization. It follows up mainly involved volunteers, it puts an aim to description of ways, how the volunteers percieve their work with clients and their organization. Research part of the thesis is focused on analysis of volunteers' statements and has an ambition to catch and reveal important factors, which affect their activities in the organization. This thesis conducts a survey, what motivation and aim the volunteers have, how they percieve their relationships with clients, what helps them to maintain a mentoring role and how they percieve at all the organization they work in

Title: Volunteer's Assumptions for Work with Youth At Risk at Project Lata. Abstract: The thesis is focused on one-to-one peer volunteering in programs for children, youth and young adults at risk, with a focus on Project Lata. It is dedicated especially to aspects which may influence the client-volunteer relationship, with a particular focus on helping volunteers and discovering the conditions of volunteers working with target groups. The research part examines the volunteers' characteristics, personality attributes, abilities, skills and experience beyond the current entry criteria, to identify qualities which facilitate or impede the creation of a functioning relationship with the client in Project Lata.
