Předmětem této práce bylo zhotovení projektové dokumentace, skládající se z dokumentace pro stavební povolení, dokumentace pro provádění stavby a návrhu architektonického detailu. Bakalářská práce vychází z architektonické studie vypracované v rámci ateliérové tvorby vedené pod kódem předmětu BGA021. Předmětem návrhu je novostavba výrobní, skladovací a administrativní budovy ve Víchově, která je určena k výrobě, skladování a prezentaci ovocných šťáv a cideru. Realizace nového výrobního objektu by zajistila nové pracovní pozice v místě, kde se budova nachází. Objekt moštárny je situován v okrajové části obce Víchov v okrese Tachov na Plzeňsku. Současný stav pozemku je nevyhovující. Na pozemku se nachází staré, nevyhovující budovy, které je nutno zdemolovat. Při návrhu objektu byl kladen důraz na udržitelnost a reprezentativnost. Výraz novostavby reaguje na okolní typ zástavby. V obci převažují podlouhlé zděné domy se sedlovou střechou, svým uspořádáním tvoří dvory. Moštárnu utváří dva typy objektu jeden podlouhlý se sedlovou střechou určený pro administrativu a pro výrobu, a druhý se střechou plochou zelenou, který slouží jako zázemí. Novostavba je jednopodlažní, avšak kvůli svažitému terénu je část objektu vyvýšena. Výrazným prvkem moštárny je prosklené atrium s terasou, které slouží především k odpočinku zaměstnanců a návštěvníků.
