Smolová, Tereza ; Šubrt, Jan (referee) ; Dulenčín, Juraj (advisor) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
The following bachelor`s thesis was made based on a previous study which was created in Denmark where I was studying using Erasmus program. This bachelor`s thesis develops study further into the level of Building permit documentation and Documentation for execution of the project. The theme of the thesis is multi-storey building of social housing SNDERBROGADE. Design follows basic principals of sustainable architecture with consideration to the ecological, economical and social impact in long run. Building is situated in the danish city of Horsens. The Snderbrogade street is characterised by three-story residential buildings in which some have shops on the ground floor. There is a church at the north end of Snderbrogade street, designed by architect Paul Niepoort and inaugurated in 1971. Residential buildings built after 1945 as blocks, dominate the west area of the site. This project consists of 15 apartments, commercial space and a café on the ground floor. These apartments are intended for those groups of inhabitants who cannot afford housing socially or financially. Therefore the main purpose was to create affordable habitation, which form respects surrounding buildings but keeps it`s differentiation at the same time. Structure is made using mainly prefabricated system and also dry process of construction prevails.
Diagnostics and assessment of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures
Kocuba, Robert ; Láník, Jaromír (referee) ; Cikrle, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with inspection and constructionally technical research of reinforced concrete prefabricated construction from the second half of 20th century. In theoretical part, the research of literature, documents and valid standards is performed, with a focus on production and construction of prefabricated elements and also on the metodology of research. In practical part, the detection of reinforcement of individual elements of the construction and concrete properties is performed. The result of this work is the assessment of the state of the construction, static calculation of the ceiling panel and idea proposal for eventual reconstruction.
Extension and modernization of social services facilities Nitrava
Mitura, Daniel ; Krupica, Roman (referee) ; Hradil, Dušan (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is the assessment of the existing facility of social services and the proposal for the modernization of the complex of objects in the facility. To date, the objects are fully utilized. Existing buildings Panel apartment building "A", Panel apartment building "B" and Connecting corridor "D". The existing construction object "C" will be demolished in its entirety. The diploma thesis focuses on the new construction object Extension, which has the task of replacing object "C" and modernizing the social services facility so that it meets the standard conditions. The proposed building is located on land that is accessible from Železničiarska street on the outskirts of Nitra. The extension is located on the north side of the land. The main entrance to the building is solved by crossing the Connecting Corridor. The building has two underground and four above-ground floors. On the 1st floor, there are pharmacy premises, a kitchen with a buffet and facilities, toilets and connecting corridors. In the northwest corner there is a warehouse for landscaping the green areas of the property. In the 1st floor there is a boiler room, a cleaning room and collective garage spaces, which also go into the 2nd floor. The dining room, toilets and chapel are located on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor, the premises of the dialysis clinic, workshops and rest rooms serving as clubhouses are accessible from the connecting corridor. On the 4th floor there is an exit to the flat green roof. All floors are connected vertically by two interior staircases and elevators. The supporting system of the substructure is designed from monolithic waterproof reinforced concrete. The structure of the upper structure mainly consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and beams. The rigidity of the upper structure is solved by two stiffening monolithic reinforced concrete cores, in which vertical communications are placed. The supporting elements of the ceilings are designed from prestressed ceiling panels and monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is covered with a green single-layer flat roof. The insulation of the perimeter structures is designed with the ETICS contact insulation system made of mineral wool. The foundation structures are designed as monolithic grids.

Implementation of the gross overhead construction of the storage hall in Hradec Králové
Štěpánek, Michal ; Doubek, Rostislav (referee) ; Kantová, Radka (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is aimed at the construction and technological solution of the rough top structure of the storage hall in Hradec Králové. Bachelor thesis contains technological background for the execution of rough construction. This work aims to solve problems with the procedures for the implementation of masonry and prefabricated structures. I focused on the part of the hall that will serve for administration and I devised the implementation procedure and the time consuming. As the project documentation did not have anything to do with the ceiling 1.NP, I had to solve the project site first and then I did the implementation technology. I also compared the two lifting devices in terms of economic and time requirements. Another objective was to solve the transport of individual building materials on site. The proposed solution is based on my personal experience with the implementation and consultation of leading experts in the field. The aim of this work is to propose an optimal course of implementation of the storage hall.
Production and administrative building in the village Drásov - construction technology project
Vaculík, Zdeněk ; Valenta, Michal (referee) ; Biely, Boris (advisor)
The subject of my master's thesis is the realization of a prefabricated hall with an administrative annex in the village of Drásov. The production hall will serve as a winding and dispatch of production. The hall also includes a masonry annex, which will serve for administrative purposes and as social and hygienic facilities for employees. This thesis contains a technical report on the construction and technological project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the SO 01 building and the solution of wider transport relations, including the drawing of traction curves for critical construction traffic. This work further examines the construction site equipment project, which is processed in four construction variants, including the overall location of the construction site in the area. A financial and time plan has been developed for the entire construction for all construction objects. The realization of the prefabricated hall was drawn in three drawing schemes, including material assurance of the prefabricates delivery. A detailed time plan and item budget was developed for the object. Within the work, a technological regulation was developed for the deep and surface foundations of the main object and also for the realization of the J01 pit. A control and testing plan, which was prepared for the realization of the deep foundation of the SO 01 object, follows the part of the technological specification. A safety and health protection plan, including possible risks, was also prepared for the foundation of the object. Last but not least, the phase of environmental protection during the construction works was also included. A noise study was prepared to examine the impact of construction noise on the surrounding buildings.
