Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je posúdenie stávajúceho zariadenia sociálnych služieb a návrh modernizácie koplexu objektov v zariadení. Ku dnešnému dňu sú objekty plne využívané. Existujúce stavebné objekty Panelový bytový dom ‘’A’‘, Panelový bytový dom ‘’B’‘ a Spojovací koridor ‘’D’‘. Existujúci stavebný objekt “C“ bude v celom rozsahu búraný. Diplomová práca sa zameriava na nový stavebný objekt Prístavba, ktorý ma za úlohu nahradiť objekt “C“ a modernizovať zariadenie sociálnych služieb, aby spĺňalo normové podmienky. Riešený objekt sa nachádza na pozemku, ktorý je prístupný z ulice Železničiarska na okraji mesta Nitra. Prístavba je situovaná na severnej strane pozemku. Hlavný vchod do objektu je riešený prechodom cez Spojovací koridor. Objekt má dve podzemné a štyri nadzemné podlažia. Na 1.NP sa nachádzajú priestory lekárne, kuchyňa s bufetom a zázemím, toalety a spojovacie chodby. V severozápadnom rohu je sklad pre úpravy zelených plôch pozemku. V 1.S sa nachádza kotolňa, upratovacia miestnosť a priestory hromadných garáží, ktoré prechádzajú aj do 2.S. V 2.NP sú situované priestory jedálne, toalety a kaplnka. V 3.NP sú prístupné zo spojovacej chodby priestory ordinácie dialýzy, dielne a oddychové miestnosti slúžiace ako klubovne. V 4.NP sa nachádza výlez na plochú zelenú strechu. Všetky poschodia sú vertikálne prepojené dvoma interiérovými schodiskami a výťahmi. Nosný systém spodnej stavby je navrhovaný z monolitického vodonepriepustného železobetónu. Konštrukcia hornej stavby pozostáva prevažne z montovaných železobetónových stĺpov a prievlakov. Tuhosť hornej stavby je riešená dvoma ztužujúcimi monolitickými železobetónovými jadrami, v ktorých sú umiestnené vertikálne komunikácie. Nosné prvky stropov sú navrhnuté z predpätých stropných panelov a monolitických železobetónových dosiek. Zastrešenie objektu je riešené zelenou jednoplášťovou plochou strechou. Zateplenie obvodových konštrukcií je navrhnuté kontaktným zateplovacím systémom ETICS z minerálnej vlny. Základové konštrukcie sú navrhnuté ako monolitické rošty. The subject of this diploma thesis is the assessment of the existing facility of social services and the proposal for the modernization of the complex of objects in the facility. To date, the objects are fully utilized. Existing buildings Panel apartment building "A", Panel apartment building "B" and Connecting corridor "D". The existing construction object "C" will be demolished in its entirety. The diploma thesis focuses on the new construction object Extension, which has the task of replacing object "C" and modernizing the social services facility so that it meets the standard conditions. The proposed building is located on land that is accessible from Železničiarska street on the outskirts of Nitra. The extension is located on the north side of the land. The main entrance to the building is solved by crossing the Connecting Corridor. The building has two underground and four above-ground floors. On the 1st floor, there are pharmacy premises, a kitchen with a buffet and facilities, toilets and connecting corridors. In the northwest corner there is a warehouse for landscaping the green areas of the property. In the 1st floor there is a boiler room, a cleaning room and collective garage spaces, which also go into the 2nd floor. The dining room, toilets and chapel are located on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor, the premises of the dialysis clinic, workshops and rest rooms serving as clubhouses are accessible from the connecting corridor. On the 4th floor there is an exit to the flat green roof. All floors are connected vertically by two interior staircases and elevators. The supporting system of the substructure is designed from monolithic waterproof reinforced concrete. The structure of the upper structure mainly consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and beams. The rigidity of the upper structure is solved by two stiffening monolithic reinforced concrete cores, in which vertical communications are placed. The supporting elements of the ceilings are designed from prestressed ceiling panels and monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is covered with a green single-layer flat roof. The insulation of the perimeter structures is designed with the ETICS contact insulation system made of mineral wool. The foundation structures are designed as monolithic grids.
