Předmětem mé diplomové práce je realizace montované haly s administrativním přístavkem v obci Drásov. Výrobní hala bude sloužit jako navijárna a expedice výroby. Součástí haly je i zděný přístavek, který bude sloužit pro účely administrativy, a jako sociální a hygienické zázemí pro pracovníky. Diplomová práce obsahuje technickou zprávu ke stavebně technologickému projektu, studii realizace hlavních technologických etap stavebního objektu SO 01 a řešení situace širších dopravních vztahů, včetně vykreslení vlečných křivek u kritické stavební dopravy. Tato práce dále detailněji rozebírá projekt zařízení staveniště, který je zpracován ve čtyřech variantách výstavby, včetně celkového umístění staveniště v areálu. Na celou stavbu je vypracován finanční a časový plán pro všechny stavební objekty. Realizace montované haly byla vykreslena ve třech výkresových schématech, včetně materiálového zajištění dodávky prefabrikátů. Pro řešený objekt byl vypracován podrobný časový plán a položkový rozpočet. V rámci práce byl vypracován technologický předpis pro hlubinné a plošné základy hlavního objektu a také pro realizaci jímky J01. Na část technologického předpisu navazuje kontrolní a zkušební plán, který byl vypracován pro realizaci hlubinného založení objektu SO 01. Pro provádění založení objektu byl vyhotoven i plán bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, včetně možných rizik. V neposlední řadě byla zahrnuta i fáze ochrany životního prostředí při provádění stavebních prací. Pro hlukovou zátěž na okolních budovách byla zpracována hluková studie, která zkoumá vliv hluku stavební výroby na okolní zástavbu. The subject of my master's thesis is the realization of a prefabricated hall with an administrative annex in the village of Drásov. The production hall will serve as a winding and dispatch of production. The hall also includes a masonry annex, which will serve for administrative purposes and as social and hygienic facilities for employees. This thesis contains a technical report on the construction and technological project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the SO 01 building and the solution of wider transport relations, including the drawing of traction curves for critical construction traffic. This work further examines the construction site equipment project, which is processed in four construction variants, including the overall location of the construction site in the area. A financial and time plan has been developed for the entire construction for all construction objects. The realization of the prefabricated hall was drawn in three drawing schemes, including material assurance of the prefabricates delivery. A detailed time plan and item budget was developed for the object. Within the work, a technological regulation was developed for the deep and surface foundations of the main object and also for the realization of the J01 pit. A control and testing plan, which was prepared for the realization of the deep foundation of the SO 01 object, follows the part of the technological specification. A safety and health protection plan, including possible risks, was also prepared for the foundation of the object. Last but not least, the phase of environmental protection during the construction works was also included. A noise study was prepared to examine the impact of construction noise on the surrounding buildings.
