The master thesis Equipment for electrotherapy treats of electropathic theraphy, which is one of the main physiotherapics metod. The paper contains two principal parts. In the first part are describe effects of electric current for human organism and the medical utilization of electric current in physiotherapy. The second part of the master thesis is address on the concept of the equipment for electrotheraphy. There is analysis of setting from which is coming out the proposal of connection to the particular packets. The full proposal of therapeutic equipment is complete with electric schemes and detailing of components for possibillitty of realization.

Bachelor paper "Order Management in the Company" deals with the way orders are processed at Modikov. The paper concentrates mainly on the procedure following the receiving of an order from a customer up until the moment the order is dispatched. The paper describes all the operations involved in this process. The goal of the paper is to determine how to improve this process, outline any flaws and suggest concrete ways of improvement.
Solving of Group Conflicts in Kindergarten (from the point of view headmisresses and headmasters of the Central Bohemian Region kindergartens)

This dissertation inquires into the issue of solving group conflicts in kindergartens, presents opinions, quotations and comparison of Czech and foreign authors, derives from both local and foreign sources. In the theoretical part it brings forth findings from the stated area, defines the term "conflict", delineates the basic types of conflicts, deals with group conflicts in the context of the influence of an individual on the inception of a conflict. In the second half of the theoretical part it focuses on the settlement and prevention of conflicts. The research, coming from the goal of the inquiry, is directed in the same spirit. The research part presents the results of the inquiry, describing and analysing the causes and solutions of group conflicts in practice. The evaluation then leads to answering the research questions. The work is designed so the broadest range of headmasters and administrators of kindergartens could make use of it.
Views on Velvet Revolution 1989

This diploma thesis deals with the problematics of revolutions. Namely with various interpretations of Velvet revolution in Czechoslovakia. First part tries to outline historical development of theories of revolution. The Research of revolutions undergone several generations and shifts of interests. This work tries to map the evolution from the oldest modern authors to the current ones and describe their points of view and how they approach revolutions. In second part, there are presented various views on Velvet revolution in Czechoslovakia. First, they are presented schematically and put in context, then they are described in detail. These interpretations are based on various assumptions and see Velvet revolution from various angles. In Third part the various interpretations are juxtaposed and are described, respectively their view of three aspects of Velvet revolution - causes, process and outcomes of revolution. These various views are then commented by using authors of general theories of revolutions. The goal of this approach is to enable better understanding of Velvet revolution, by sharpening the contures of the whole proces and also show the possibilities of use of general theories of revolution. Verbal Periphrases Expressing the Durativity of Verbal Action

This bachelor's dissertation deals with durative verbal periphrases. The theoretical part is focused on their description and application from the perspective of Czech and Spanish grammars. The practical part confirms and alternatively disproves the knowledge gained in the theoretical part. It further deals with the translation of periphrases and examines their frequency in particular verb tenses and modes. The aim of the dissertation is to demonstrate how the Czech translators of Spanish fiction contained in parallel corpus Intercorp v9 deal with the issues of durative verbal periphrasis. Periphrasis can have more meanings and there are many ways to translate them.
Comparison of test progress evaluation tools

Nowadays, information systems and technologies became an inseparable part of any business. Consequently, the need to ensure quality environment for testing is being increased as well as the need to ensure proper tools for the test evaluation. This thesis explores relevant standards connected to testing and software product quality evaluation, analyses current test management tool market and compares the chosen tools according to defined criterias. Benefit of this thesis is the objective evaluation of chosen, currently available commercial tools and recommendation for potential buyers. Theoretical part is mainly focused on the definition of terms from the software testing and definition of a specific area, in which the tools for test evaluation are used. Definition of comparison criteria and market analysis will be the focus of the analytical part of this thesis. In practical part, chosen tools are compared and according to the results, the recommendation is made for the purpose of choosing the most fitting tool to increase the effectiveness for software testing. This work also includes the showcase of graphic outputs from the compared tools.
The impact of the financial and economic crisis on Germany

This thesis focuses on interpreting the impacts of the financial and economic crisis (2008/2009) on the Federal Republic of Germany. With the help of selected macroeconomic indicators, it compares the situation in the country before the crisis, its course and the state in which Germany emerged from the crisis. Additionally, this development is compared with the selected world economies. It also focuses on content analysis of anti-crisis measures of the state, especially the so-called "Konjunkturpakete", and necessary interventions in the banking sector. It then evaluates the amount and evolution of public gross debt. In conclusion, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the country according to the "Macroeconomic Imbalance Procedure" method. Conclusions in our work suggest that the Federal Republic of Germany managed to recover relatively quickly from the crisis, but still suffers from macroeconomic imbalances.
