Psychologicko-manažerské aspekty práce na home office

This bachelor thesis deals with the psychological-managerial aspects of home of-fice, such as the work environment at home, stress when working from home or productivity when working from home. In the first part of this work, these aspects are theoretically defined, including the definition of basic terms related to home office. The second part contains the results of an analysis of a questionnaire survey that maps the current state of working from home office. In the recommendation part I mentioned several measures based on the results that can help to improve working from home office. In the conclusion I summarized the achieved results.

The dissertation introduces the results of the current knowledge of professional li-terature in the field of managerial communication in small and medium-sized enter-prises when introducing flexible working arangement, it also maps the situation in the investigated area in the South Bohemia in 2018-2019 and provides educational mate-rials intended for training managers and HR professionals small and medium-sized enterprises that want to introduce flexible working arangements. These educational materials can be used by lecturers during workshops designed for small and middle-sized enterprises services and thus contribute to an increase in the number of jobs with flexibility, to the discovery of potential human resources not yet actively participating in the offer on the labor market, and last but not least, to the minimization of risks associated with unsystematic introduction flexible working conditions in companies.

in English language Work-life balance This diploma thesis explores various (international, European, and Czech) legal sources and practices related to work-life balance. The changes brought by the Directive (EU) 2019/1158 of the European parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on work-life balance for parents and carers are also taken into account throughout the thesis. The historical development of working time is analysed, as well as its current status in modern society and expectations for the future. Different forms of flexible working arrangements, such as flexible working hours, job-sharing, and homeworking, are discussed in detail, along with the benefits and drawbacks of each. The thesis also covers part-time jobs and their role in promoting work-life balance. The role of obstacles to work on the employee's side in balancing their personal and work life is also described, particularly those related to life events such as childbirth and caring for children or close family members. This includes maternity leave, paternity leave, parental leave, carer's leave (caring for a family or household member) and long-term care. Homeworking in the chosen company

This bachelor thesis focuses on the homeworking, its advantages and disadvantages, benefits and difficulties for the employer and also for the employees. It contains definitions of the basic terms that are related to homeworking or legal regulation of working from home in the Czech legal system. The main part of the thesis illustrates using of homeworking in UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, Ltd. It describes a method of introduction and utilization of technological resources and application. It also indicates situations in which homeworking is primarily used and a method of protection against hackers and other threats. Results are evaluated and interpreted on the basis of information collected from sent questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview with Ing. Miroslav Zach, the manager of the SME Corporate Client Centre. In conclusion, some suggestions for an improvement are recommended.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the phenomenon of digital nomadism. In the Czech environment, this is a relatively new trend of combining teleworking and traveling, together with a change in the content of the working day and the lifestyle as such. The aim of the work is, with the help of semi-structured interviews with digital nomads, to clarify the work regime, leisure time, travel and overall their experience with digital nomadism. The theoretical part covers the relationship between the transformation of society and nomadism, and then characterizes the transformational changes in terms of mobility, the transformation of the media landscape and the sphere of work. The practical part evaluates qualitative research with specific nomads who explain aspects of this lifestyle. The outputs of the work can be useful to better illustrate this flexible form of employment from the early 21st century.

Selected Labour Law Aspects of the Problematic Matters of Working from Home Abstract This diploma thesis analyses the most problematic aspects related to the institute of working from home. The identified aspects are: the costs incurred by the employee when working from home, the determination of the employee's place of residence as the place of performance of dependent work, the area of occupational health and safety and accidents arising from the performance of work from home, complications related to working hours in connection with the performance of work in the home office regime, issues related to the control of the employee working from home, the issue of equal treatment of all employees of the employer and the area of data and sensitive information protection in connection with the performance of work from home. The author focuses in his diploma thesis only on work from home performed remotely using digital technologies (also known as home office), not on manual work performed at home (so called homeworking). Work From Home Abstract The thesis deals with the current institute of labor law, which is working from home. The aim of this thesis is to explain the basic concepts, to summarize the past and current legislation, to analyze the main shortcomings of the current legislation and problematic points of homeworking, and to propose further direction of the legislation through de lege ferenda considerations. In particular, the main idea of the thesis is to present considerations to remedy the deficiencies of the current legislation. The overall structure of this thesis is composed of four parts. The first section discusses basic concepts such as working from home, working away from the employer's workplace, home office, homeworking and teleworking. Furthermore, this section is focused on the development of the legal regulation of homeworking, not only in the Labor Code, and the international and EU context. The second part examines the current legal regulation of working from home, more precisely working away from the employer's workplace, i.e. the provisions of Section 317 of the Labor Code. The diploma thesis on The issue of home office in the selected company in terms of the advantages and the disadvantages working from home aims to analyze and identify the advantages and the disadvantages of home office and propose a suitable procedure for motivating employees to use home office in a selected organization. Teleworking Mother: Stategy for Reconciling Caregiving and Work

This thesis aspires to analyse unique strategies of teleworking mothers with childcare responsibilities. Teleworking as a relatively new form of flexible working arrangement may provide them with distinctive opportunity to reconcile their role within family and labour market at the same time, at the location of their home. In the theoretical part of my diploma thesis I pay special attention to the Czech labour market and family policies from gender point of view and I also introduce the concept of teleworking in relation to gender specifics. Afterwards in the analytical part I analyse three key areas to understand the whole reconciliation strategy - motivation to choose teleworking instead of parental leave, ways of workday organization and different forms of securing childcare. The diploma thesis deals with the introduction of a methodology for implementa-tion of teleworking, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises. The di-ploma thesis explains concepts related to the areas of telework as one of the flex-ible forms of work. It describes the steps of the implementation process of tele-working. The diploma thesis deals with the choice of tools for teleworking and with legislation of teleworking. It summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of teleworking, as well as the financial quantification of the budget related to the implementation of teleworking.
