First chapter is defining main object and methods of elaboration. Second chapter is aimed at theoretical material, on which next following practical part have been worked out. This thirt part is split into three sections, one of them is small and medium company, another is support for small and medium companies and the last one is specification of entrepreneurial project. This part is devided into six segments, the first is introductory study, the second is marketing study, the third is financial study, the fourth is technical study, the fifth is human resources study and the last one is hypothese about success of this study. All these studies were used as a key material for last part entrepreneurial project for getting subvention from Ceskomoravska zarucni a rozvojova banka.

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to create a business project of the start up company, hotels PDM. In this Thesis, I considered the theoretical and methodological foundations of business planning and identified the content and structure of a business plan; analysed the market of hotel services in Russia including the features of creating a hotel from the very outset; collected characteristics of the hotels in terms of comfort and function; created business plan of hotel development, calculated the necessary economic and financial activities for this project, and also highlighted ways of improving the effectiveness of hotel management in the current economic and financial conditions
Innovation and business project

The aim of the thesis under the title Innovation and a business project, is to develop a specific entrepreneurial project represented by a fitness centre and to evaluate it from the perspective of its feasibility and return upon investment. Firstly, the theoretical concept of entrepreneurship is analyzed. The next step includes the analysis of applicable legal framework governing entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic and the last step is represented by the definition of the structure of the business project. In the first part, business is described by its general characteristics. The next part is dedicated to environment analysis analyzing the internal and external factors influencing the business. Next step defines business opportunities which includes description of services that the business will provide. Then, human resources required for running the business have to be determined, as well as marketing strategy supplemented by a marketing mix. Based on this, a SWOT analysis is developed, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats having an impact on the business. The final part comprises financial plan which deals, inter alia, with project is economic rentability and conditions underpinning its feasibility.

The main objective of this diploma thesis is creating a business plan which is focused on expanding services of integration social enterprise and subsequently it evaluates the feasibility of the project. The theoretical part is processed on the basis of studying scholarly literature and comparing opinions of various authors. Afterwards, the terms of social enterprise and structure of business plan are defined and then every single part of business plan is theoretically described. In practical part, strategic situation analysis is made, which contains external analysis of macro and micro environment and an internal analysis of the company. There is also characterised existing company and its new business opportunity is described which is an establishment of new call centre. Practical part also contains SWOT analysis, marketing plan and two financial plans which show that the plan consisting of subsidy is more profitable. Economic evaluation of the project demonstrates high profitability from the sources which are invested to the implementation of the project. At the end of the practical section, potential risks of the project are evaluated and their measures are suggested. This business project should provide enough information for its actual implementation.

Diploma thesis on strategy of a specific business project discusses a formation of the common European hockey league and its penetration into the European market. Based on an analysis of the newly created project strategy, survey with fans of the Czech hockey team and information obtained from the stakeholders, biggest challenges for the competition were set and recommendations for improvement were proposed.

The literature search defines the fundamental theoretical aspects associated with the business at first. It is also defines the structure of a business project where its individual parts theoretically described. Custom work is already consist from the a specific business plan which was assembled of the basis of the established information. At first there is a description of a company and then the analysis of company enviroment consisting of macro and micro analysis. Next is detailed description of business opportunities with defines the neccesary human resources and marketing plan. Conclusion of the work deals with the evaluation of economic conditions and the feasibility of a business project sports agency.

The aim of the dissertation works is the business project focused on the creation of a new company named Dior Ltd. The company is engaged in manufacturing wood pellets. In the introduction there are written legislative conditions for business in the Czech Republic, there is also explained method for creation of business project and characterized pellets as a kind of fuel. In the practical part they are systematically developed various parts of the business project of Dior Ltd. The financial analysis and the risk analysis is a part of business project. The results of these analyzes are derived specific conclusions and recommendations.

The thesis describes business project based on franchising. For this type of business had been choosen the company The Little Gym which is deals with providing services mainly exercise classes in specialized gyms for children aged from 3 months to 12 years. The aim of this thesis is create a business and economic evalution of the project in the field of fitness with the use of franchising. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical parts. In practical part the authoress used data from the Czech statistics authority and created a comparison of development birth of childrens, income of families, proportion of minor against the population and others namely between regional cities as Hradec Králové where a new branch will come and Ostrava where the branch was recently opened. Marketing research of potential customers was focused on their opinions and attituteds to physical activitites. Further was done a market segmentation and analysis of competition, especially Porter model. The financial plan was developed based on calculation from the available data. In conclusion the bussines plan was evaluated including evaluation of the economic aspects of the project.
