Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského projektu na sportovní agenturu a zhodnocení reálnosti a návratnosti daného projektu. Literární rešerše nejprve vymezuje základní teoretická východiska spojená s podnikáním. Dále je definována struktura podnikatelského projektu, kde jsou jeho jednotlivé části teoreticky popsány. Vlastní práce se skládá již z konkrétního podnikatelského záměru, který byl sestaven na základě zjištěných poznatků. Nejprve dochází k popisu podniku a následně k analýze okolí podniku, skládající se z analýz makro a mikrookolí kolem podniku. Následuje detailní popis podnikatelské příležitosti s definováním potřebných lidských zdrojů a marketingového plánu. Závěr práce se zabývá ekonomickým zhodnocením a podmínkami realizovatelnosti podnikatelského projektu sportovní agentury. The aim of the diploma thesis is creat a business plan for a sport agency and evaluate the feasibility and return of the project. The literature search defines the fundamental theoretical aspects associated with the business at first. It is also defines the structure of a business project where its individual parts theoretically described. Custom work is already consist from the a specific business plan which was assembled of the basis of the established information. At first there is a description of a company and then the analysis of company enviroment consisting of macro and micro analysis. Next is detailed description of business opportunities with defines the neccesary human resources and marketing plan. Conclusion of the work deals with the evaluation of economic conditions and the feasibility of a business project sports agency.
