This bachelor’s thesis is deal with marketing management of a company in company focused on providing services. The thesis is trying to analyze existing situation of company in detail and marketing processes and instruments that are applied in the company. The thesis should come up to improve the current situation of especially with a strong emphasis on the marketing aspect. The thesis is based on theoretical knowledge and materials acquired in a participative company.

This thesis treats of spreading offer of services Möller, s.r.o. Forepart applies to theoretical findings related to services, analysis of firm and planning of pay-off and expense and investing in intangible fixed assets. The second part deals with firm and the present state of firm, the financial analysis, costs planning owing to the incomes. The third part includes the thinking of spreading offer of services by projecting and engineering. An additional human capital and investment in education of staff will be entertained there too. Recommendation is defined in conclusion.

The main topic of my bachelor´s thesis is to prepare an entrepreneurial project to run a company SolarDesign limited that will be dealing with production of the solar – technique pattern books. In my proposal of the entrepreneurial project I am getting out of theoretical knowledge, gathered information, analysis of market environment and the targeted branch.

In my final project I decided to attend to the company Veletrhy Brno, a. s., which product, thus fairs, I investigate as a marketing tool. I performed a comparison with other instruments and analyzed the arguments of the company by exhibitors. I realized therefore a marketing research, where I was finding the reception of fairs in terms of exhibitors at exhibition PRODÍTĚ 2011. After the gathering, analyzing and processing all the information I have reached some conclusions and formulation of proposals of marketing strategy with which my graduate work will introduce you.

The object of the bachelor thesis is concerned with elaborating a business plan for purpose of business development. Work is focused on innovation in marketing and supply of goods to customers. In the theoretical part of thesis are given knowledge for creation e- commerce, business plan are described and procedures for project implementation. The object of the practical part is analysis of potential for marketing development and the proposal for e-commerce intended for expansion of the company INTERNOVA - CZ GmbH, spol., s. r.o. The final section presents an analysis of the conditions under which the company can successfully develop.

The bachelor thesis deals with drawing up a proposal of Scootland s.r.o. development strategy. It focuses on position of company on the scooter spare parts market in the Czech republic and Slovakia and possibilities of its further growth. Goal of this work is a 5-year development plan including consequent steps which leads to strenghtening of positions on the company’s markets.
