Bakalářská práce pojednává o rozšíření nabídky služeb firmy Möller, s.r.o. První část se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům souvisejících se službami, analýzou firmy a plánování výnosů a nákladů a investicím nehmotného charakteru. Druhá část se zabývá firmou a jejím současným stavem, finanční analýzou, plánováním nákladů v relaci k tržbám. Třetí část obsahuje úvahy o rozšíření portfolia služeb projekční a inženýrskou činností a s ní i zvážení dodatečného lidského zdroje a investice do vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Na závěr je stanoveno doporučení. This thesis treats of spreading offer of services Möller, s.r.o. Forepart applies to theoretical findings related to services, analysis of firm and planning of pay-off and expense and investing in intangible fixed assets. The second part deals with firm and the present state of firm, the financial analysis, costs planning owing to the incomes. The third part includes the thinking of spreading offer of services by projecting and engineering. An additional human capital and investment in education of staff will be entertained there too. Recommendation is defined in conclusion.
