Comparison of the physical fitness of pupils in small-class schools in ZŠ Benecko and ZŠ Štěpanice, ZŠ Moravec and ŽŠ Vraňany

Title: Comparison of the physical fitness of pupils in small-class schools in Benecko Elementary School, Štěpanice Elementary School, Moravec Elementary School and Vraňany Elementary School Goal of this project: The goal of this study is to compare the physical fitness of first-grade pupils in selected small-class schools in various regions in the Czech Republic and to compare their performance with the population norm in accordance with the UNIFITTEST (6-60). Method: The UNIFITTEST (6-60) standardized test has been used for the research, which serves for the assessment of the development of basic motoric skills. In total, 115 pupils have been tested in four (4) small-class elementary schools. Frequency analysis in Microsoft Excel 2016 has been used for the data analysis. Findings: The results have shown that the selected schools are on average in the overall evaluation of all disciplines according to the ten-point norm of the UNIFITTEST test (6-60) ranging from 5 to 6.5 points per pupil. After summing up, evaluating, and comparing all the tested disciplines in each of the schools, Elementary school Benecko reached the best score with an average of 6.5 points per pupil. Leisure activities for children aged 10-15 and a group of young firefighters

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the free-time activity of children who attend young firemen's groups working at volunteer fire brigades, in connection with the more general question of how children in early adolescence spend their free time. The work deals with basic categories such as free time and education in free time, and the target group of children is characterized from the point of view of developmental psychology. In connection with the leisure activities of children of the given age group, the bachelor's thesis also maps the organizational structure and activities of the Firefighters' Association of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia and the functioning of volunteer firefighter corps and young firefighter collectives. The young firemen's club is thematized from the point of view of its leisure potential.

The topic of this bachelor's thesis are gymnastics programs in kindergartens. The work focuses on the use of basic gymnastics during physical activities in kindergartens. The theoretical part deals with basic knowledge of child development at preschool age, characteristics and specific features of gymnastic activities suitable for children of preschool age. This work also highlights the continuity of physical activity on "General educational program for pre-school education." The aim of this thesis is to find out which conditions kindergarten teachers have to put into gymnastic practise activities. What are their basic knowledge of motion development of preschool children and how is the realization of gymnastic activities in kindergartens implemented. This experiment investigate how a group of children can deliberatly change their level of physical skills. Basic Fitness and Physical Development of the Czech Athletics Federation Sport Centers Members

Title: Basic Fitness and Physical Development of the Czech Athletics Federation Sport Centers Members Abstract: Aims: Aim of this thesis was to evaluate basic fitness and physical development among 12-15 year-old boys and girls - members of the Czech Athletics Federation Sport Centers (CAF SCs) - in the year 2012. Methods: We processed results from normalized tests carried out by individual CAF SCs in 2012. After revision and correction of data, we: (a) assessed completeness of reported test results; (b) analyzed results from four tests (50m standing start run, standing long jump, 2kg medicine ball throw and 12 minute run) averaged for age groups (12,13,14 and 15 year old) along with respective standard deviations; (c) compared these data with respective data from previous testing in 2011 and with results of average school population (Zapletalová, 2011); (d) analyzed data on physical development (weight, height, BMI index) and their correlation with results of individual tests, and compared physical parameters with average population data; (e) analyzed results of individual tests for correlation between each other. Results: We received complete data from 2 530 athletes, which represent 73,78% of all 3 429 CAF SCs members in 2012. Physical parameters were reported by only 10 SCs (from the total of 36 SCs)...
