The Proposal for Digitalization of the Recruitment Process in a Personnel Agency in Brno

The diploma thesis deals with the challenge in the field of digitalization of the recruitment process of the branch of the personnel agency situated in Brno. The theoretical part contains literature searches in the field of digitalization of the recruitment process of personnel agencies through strategic management and a description of selected analytical-research and evaluation methods used in this area and type of research. The analytical part contains the application of selected analytical-research methods in order to identify key factors for assessing the possibility of digitalizing the local strategy of the Brno branch, whose conclusions enter the COP method for subsequent evaluation. Based on the results obtained, in the design part, a suitable variant of the further direction of the company is chosen and its elaboration into more specific interventions.

The thesis deals with analysis of current fettle and efficiency of information system used in a concrete personnel agency. In a review of literature there are presented an important information about personnel agencies, human resource management and efficiency of information systems. In the empirical part the received data from information system are analyzed by a method of content analysis. Based on findings of the analysis the proposals of more effective using of information system and human resource management are formulated.

The Analysis of the Personnel Activities in XYZ Company

The thesis looks at the personnel management in XYZ company. The main benefit of this thesis is identification of personnel management problems of this company and proposals for future solutions. The thesis is devided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part, based on proffesional publications, is focused on describing definitions related to the topic and also on describing a nowadays personnel activities in human resource management. Practical part is focused on the issues of the personnel agency XYZ, especially on the analysis of its personnel actvities. Methods used in this thesis are analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the comapny, comparison of theory and application in real business, analysis of intern documentation, semi-structured interview and a survey. Based on this analysis were made some recommendations for improvement of personnel activities and for increase efficiency of the company.
The analysis of personnel agency's activity

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of personnel agency's activity. Thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first one discusses the definition of personnel agency. There is also clarified the agency of work and the types of it, development of employment agency, relations between the subjects of personnel agency and the differences between the personnel agency and the employment agency. The second chapter describes the characteristics of the personnel agency. There are also mentioned the provided services of personnel agency, advantages and disadvantages of using personnel agency for an employer and the analysis of consultant's activities in the personnel agency which are the sales and the personnel activity. The last chapter is devoted to the personnel agency called Žirafa.cz. There is also description of the system of the personnel agency, provided services, used methods of recruitment and selection of applicants and the survey through the questionnaire in the company Žirafa.cz. The list of questions is created in order to find the evaluation and the satisfaction of the respondents with Žirafa.cz especially with their consultants. The last part of bachelor thesis is evaluation and suggestions that could make company more effective.
The evaluation of the employment relationship - legal aspects and tax aspects in terms of CR

The theoretical part of my bachelor thesis deals with the basic definition of characteristic terms: human resources management, recruiting, overlapping of functions, agency employment and kinds of employment relationship according to the Czech Labour Code. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of the selected business entity, study of literature and current legislation and the application of theoretical resources in the given company. In the selected limited company the overlapping of functions were founded and in the thesis is described how eliminate this legal problem. The proposal of improvements under the Commercial Code are suggested, based on the findings.
Use and analysis of information system in personnel agency

The information system is an important tool for optimizing and simplifying many operations and business processes, saving time and also money. Development of information technology is in constant activity, and is therefore not always easy to implement on time all the innovation. The number of pitfalls in the implementation and requirements grow with the development of IS / ICT market. This thesis aims to analyze the information system and the satisfaction of its users in the selected personnel agency through a survey and proposal for solving the deficiencies, which respondents have identified.
