They are unrealized, or dreamed and are not anchored in reality, thus creating a new reality, functioning in the space of our heads. This is how painting works for me. As a space in which something can happen that doesn't really exist.

It analyzes the organization culture in the company KAMPOS, s. r. o. I used the interview for the research on the current organization culture. The conclusion of this thesis contains the summary of the problematic sections and the proposal of the possible improvements or innovations.
Entry knowledge and ideas about Central European states for pupils of younger school age

The thesis deals with the scope and the level of entry knowledge and ideas about Central European states for pupils of younger school age. The aim of the work is to evaluate, through a quantitative research inquiry, the comprehensive knowledge of central European countries of pupils in the first grade. The evaluation was carried out on the base of a questionnaire survey of 396 respondents from eight primary schools, allowing an assessment of the level of geographical knowledge of primary pupils in fourth and fifth years. The analytical part of the thesis focuses on results and their comparison according to several categories, which are differences in knowledge across schools, years and gender. This section also looks at the differences arising from the location and size of the primary schools in question and, last not least, the source of this knowledge. The final practical section is based on the results of the survey and contains educational material, which is extended to include a methodical guide for educators and suggestions for teaching central European states.
Entrance knowledge and ideas about selected non-European countries among 6th grade elementary school pupils

The thesis deals with the entrance knowledge and ideas of the sixth-grade pupils of elementary schools about non-European countries. The aim of the thesis is to map the level of knowledge that pupils of the sixth grades have before they learn about the given states within the geography. To fulfil the aim of the thesis, research using a questionnaire was carried out in the sixth grades of elementary schools, in which 489 pupils participated. In addition to mapping specific knowledge and ideas about the given states, the questionnaire was aimed at finding differences between this knowledge based on the type of schools, their location in cities or villages, and based on the gender of the respondents. Attention is also paid to the pupils' self-evaluation focused on their knowledge, pupils' sympathies for the countries and the sources from which the pupils learn information about the world. The thesis evaluates all the results found and their comparison and subsequent interpretation takes place. The analytical part is then followed by a practical part, which provides concrete ideas on how to use the conducted research in geography lessons. The practical part contains materials based on established facts about the pupils' entrance knowledge, which are aimed at strengthening and expanding them.
Entrance knowledge and ideas about the Regions of Czech Republic of pupils of younger school age

The diploma thesis deals with the entrance knowledge and ideas that pupils of younger school age have about the regions of Czech Republic before their own teaching in national studies classes in the fifth grade of primary schools. Data collection was carried out through a research survey at elementary schools in the Vysočina Region and the South Bohemian Region. Third and fourth graders filled out questionnaires that explored their complex ideas and knowledge. Part of the analytical part was also comparison of the differences between individual years, gender, size, location and type of investigated schools and the source of information. The result of the thesis is an educational material "Z kraje do kraje" with a methodical manual focused on critical thinking using the E-U-R method. This can assist elementary school to teachers to facilitate a more active approach for pupils rather than approaching the subject matter through constructive thinking. The conclusion of the diploma thesis talks about the confirmation or refutation of established hypotheses.
Intonation and Voice Education and Its Importance in Practice of Flute Studies.

The objective of this paper is to summarize the influence if intonation and vocal education on musical perception and intonational skills of musicians, and to analyze its benefits to the flute players. For example, it describes how these educations helps tuning, proper and correct breathing, formation of a tone and developing better musical images. Following research shows how this discipline can improve the quality of public performance. It also mentions briefly the flute methodology so the reader is able to understand why is voice so crucial regarding the formation of a tone when playing the flute. All the while, the work will look at parallels and differences between the fields of singing and flute playing, and their connection to intonation education. For the research part of this paper, survey of semi-structured questionnaire and extracted parts of an interview are used. In the survey itself, students and teachers of flute were asked to participate. The research on the overall attitude towards this issue is analyzed on this sample. Further it focuses on whether the students and teachers contemplate the junction of these subjects, and whether they actually use some techniques suggested by current research of this topic. Entrance knowledge and ideas about european countries of pupils of 6th and 7th grade.

This diploma thesis deals with the entrance knowledge and ideas that pupils in the 6th and 7th grades of primary schools have about European countries. The resulting data came from a research survey, which was preceded by a discussion of professional literature and other sources related to the topic of the thesis and the design of the research survey itself. The analytical part of the thesis focuses on the level of input knowledge and ideas, which is compared according to the different types, location and the size of the schools surveyed. The thesis also focuses on the differences in the knowledge between grades and genders and the sources of this information. There are also several possibilities of applying these results directly to the teaching of Europe at the 1st and 2nd stage of elementary schools. The practical part of the thesis presents a proposal for teaching activities using the CLIL method, which is based on the results of the research, professional literature and practical knowledge. The activities are complemented by a methodological manual for teachers and can be used in Geography and English language.
The role of the book in evolution of the children's imagination

The master thesis deals with the importance of the book in evolution of the children's imagination. The first part includes short introduction to problems of children's imagination. The second part is engaged in ontogeny of child from prenatal period to the middle childhood and in progress of key competences. It analyzes selected psychological approaches, which had the imagination as a subject of the research. The thesis explains and defines basic terms and processes of the imagination. It deals with a specific phenomenon of the children's imagination and with the evolution of the imagination. The third part introduces typical children's literature, directs on the traditional fairytale and it specifies problems of the literary characters too. It describes the historical development of the Czech book illustration, importance of the illustration in books for children and it also describes children's drawings. The fourth part applies all of previous pieces of knowledges into the work experience in kindergarten. It also describes relations between child and school or child and book. The final part of the master thesis includes summary of the information. [Author's abstract].
The expectations about school in children primarily with hearing impairment or communication disability

The Master theses is focussing on children starting school and their expectations on school. Research is involving children with hearing disability and impaired communication skills. The essence of theses is to analyze these expectations. Specifically if these expectations are complex and in what specific way children's hearing or communication disability interferes with their expectations on school and with other areas such as drawing. Research is based on experience with sample of children primarily with hearing disability and impaired communication skills. All of these children attend the same type of school. Experiences come from two meetings I had with them. In the first phase all children attended kindergarten, in the second phase they were first grade pupils. In both phases they attended the same building, because kindergarten is part of the school. Their assignment was to draw a picture on a school theme. Then they were interviewed over their drawings. The collected data are thus processed qualitatively. In conclusion the results of the whole research are formulated, which were determined mainly on the basis of comparison with similar researches. However, those researches were focused on expectations of intact children. It turned out that the children from my group did not have as specific...
