The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyze the level of applied system of employee care in the company Severočeské vodovody a kanalizace (SčVK), identify any deficiencies and try to suggest improvements. The theoretical part describes each area of employee care and connections to labour law. The practical part of this work is comparison of the theoretical findings with the actual situation in company SčVK. Collective bargaining agreement, internal regulation, interviews with employees and own field research were the sources of the analysis of employee care. In conclusion is a summary of the discovered facts and recommendations which could help to make the system more efficient.

The task of the dissertation is an analyse and a summary of problematic of increasing and widespreading of training in the concrete enterprise. The starting point for analyse is the finding out of the basic indicators. The analyses of all system connected with this problematic is followed by the assessment of the found data from the area of education -including improving and widespreading of training , personal planning and care of emploeeyes. Along with all above mentioned , the target of my dissertation is to make some suggestion and to take some measures for possible changes connected with education or social issues. The result of this survey is an improving suggestion related to assessment of effectivness of the gained knowledge - and their using in practice. I have made two assessment forms (they have form of survey) . The next part of my dissertation considers about the state policy of employment. There is (except of role of Labour Bureau, tools of active policy of employment, information about programmes for support of new labour places) also a mention about the financial state support. For this task (and for meeting of each of these targets) I have chosen the enterprise with headquarters in České Budějovice, called Jihočeská plynárenská, joint stock company.
Analysis of the system of care for employees

The aim of this study is to analyze the care of employees in the hotel. In the theoretical part first describes the duty of care to employees, as it requires the labor code, and then voluntary care focused on employee benefits. In the practical part those areas of care workers are investigated at the selected hotel. In the end, an employee satisfaction survey with care workers is provided, whose results are then analyzed and at the same time are being proposed specific recommendations.

This bachelor thesis deals with theoretic matters of labour (employment) law in area of the employment, contracts concerning a work practised out of employment, personnel policies and employee care. In practical part, it tries to approach the given areas by means of practical examples, results of a selective investigation and information from a chosen company Chemoprojekt, a.s. The main source of the thesis is the Labour Code, other sources are specialized publications and other laws. An objective of the thesis is to describe and analyse a current situation in the field of contract's conclusion and personnel policies pursuant to performed selective investigation.
Remuneration system of employees

The purpose of this thesis was to make an analysis of remuneration system and motivation factors in chosen company. The text outlines the basic information about this company, as well as its history and organisational structures. Further, the text contains an analysis of remuneration system and provisions of benefits in the company. At the end of the text, the theoretical knowledge gained from the literature is compared with the recognized information from the analysis and also contains an evaluation as well as a proposal for resolving absences in the system of remuneration, motivation and care of employees. The proposal was compiled to support better competitive advantage of the company on the labour market.

The aim of this thesis was to analyze motivational factors and the staff reward system including practical introduction for the staff of the Czech Post. The elaboration of this part of thesis was based on the data from inside directives and collective contract. Another part of the analysis was a survey that concerned the motivation and reward fields. Improvement proposals of the present reward system were designed according to realised analyses. The motivational program of the Czech Post is sufficiently elaborated and it comes up to high level. This organisation emphasizes most the financial reward field and social welfare. These are the biggest stimuli.
Overview of selected aspects of employee care in an international environment

The bachelor thesis provides an overview of selected aspects of staff care according to their application by two analyzed American firms: Google and Southwestern Company. The observed situation is compared with the practices from given area used in the Czech Republic. The main attention belongs to development, education of employees and their benefits. The thesis confirms that in the surveyed companies are benefits provided to a greater extent than is customary in the Czech Republic. The education is more intense and personalized. Both companies are focused in appreciating their employees and a good social environment, but Southwestern simultaneously supports competing in order to gain the highest possible performance. The study of given area also finds negatives of the situation in the USA and provides recommendations to both compared countries.
The activity analysis the gastronomic services in the workplaces

The thesis characterizes the catering services. Especially the purpose catering and its largest part, which is - employee's catering. It shortly describes its development and present condition. It describes the possibilities of catering services at the Prague Ruzyne airport / particularly concentrating on the two biggest companies CSA a.s. and Prague airport/. The conclusion of the diploma work is focused on the satisfaction of the employees with offered catering services at the airport Prague.
Analýza péče o zaměstnance v RI OKNA, a.s.

Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na oblast péče o zaměstnance. Nejprve rozvádím tento pojem teoreticky a v další části už se prakticky zabývám poskytovanými službami zaměstnancům v konkrétní firmě RI OKNA, a.s. Tyto služby nejprve podrobně popisuji, abych následně provedla SWOT analýzu. Z té pak vyvozuji závěry a doporučení pro vedení firmy, které mohou vést ke zkvalitnění poskytovaných služeb.

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením atraktivity konkrétní firmy jako zaměstnavatele a možnostmi získávání nových pracovníků. Analýza je provedena z pohledu zaměstnanců firmy a uchazečů o zaměstnání. Na základně dotazníkového šetření, analýzy lokality podnikání a poznání procesů souvisejících se získáváním a péčí o zaměstnance ve firmě jsou identifikovány kritické oblasti v procesu získávání pracovníků. Závěrem jsou doporučena vhodná opatření k řešení daných problémů.
