Analysis of selected employee care components at Johnson Controls International, Ltd.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the analysis of selected employee care components at Johnson Controls International, Ltd. The aim of the thesis is to describe and point out the current system of employee care and education in selected company Johnson Controls International, Ltd., then analyze and evaluate, or propose measures to improve the employee care system in this company. In the theoretical part of the thesis are first introduced basic concepts, which are used in the work, followed in general with the care of employees, attention is paid to one of the areas of employee care, which is the education of employees. The practical part first represents the profile of selected Johnson Controls International, Ltd, it also focuses on the analysis of selected employee care components in this company, and then similarly focuses on its evaluation and the formulation of suggestions and recommendations that can help companies to optimize employee care.
Comparation of care of employees in the field of services and manufacturing

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the care of employees in the field of services and manufacturing. As a representative of the service providers is chosen Aquapalace Hotel Prague. Four-star hotel near Prague. In the field of manufacturing is chosen Skoda Electric a.s.. A company involved in the production of trolleybuses and electric components for train and suburban vehicles based in Pilsen. The theoretical part is dedicated to working conditions, development and training of employees, remuneration and benefits. Based on interviews with representatives of Aquapalace Hotel Prague and Skoda Electric a.s. I describe in the practical part, what are the working conditions in the given enterprises, how the training and rewarding of employees are in real practice and what benefits employers offer.
Care for employees, corporate strategy

This Thesis, called Care for Employees, Corporate Strategy addresses the issue of care for employees in practice. This Dissertation analyses its level in the particular, observed company and it is composed of two main parts. The first part explains the theoretical bases which are needed to understand the context of the issue, based on the studied literature. It acquaints the readers with the Labour Code and defines basic concepts such as working mode, working environment, personal development, human resources department, company s strategy, and many others. The second part describes the selected company, including its system of care for employees. The level is determined through a questionnaire focusing on the employee development, communication, working conditions, and working environment, catering, corporate culture, job evaluation, and employee benefits. The results are clearly processed and evaluated in tabular or graphical form. On the basis of the results, problem areas are determined and proposals leading to improvement of the care for the employees and the overall satisfaction are then processed.
Caring for employees and corporate strategy

Diploma thesis objective Diploma thesis deals with the care about the employees. Theoretical part explains basic concepts of the labour law and personnel work in the small sized company. Company strategy is mapping situation in the education of employees, their motivation, appraisal and remuneration. Applied part of the thesis is focused on the health and safety at work and employees health care. There are analysed employee's amenities and benefits. This part includes also analysis of the working conditions related to the employment. In the last chapter there are summarized recommendation leading to the more efficient personnel system and employee safisfaction.
Management motivation and increase job performance

This thesis deals with management motivation and increase work performance. The main work is to evaluate the style of motivation in the company, in case of occurrence of deficiencies, it is necessary to propose new solutions of motivational tools. The first theoretical part includes basic concepts of management, along with motivational theories and management staff, where you can get acquainted with all terms of people management. The theoretical part is compiled from secondary sources on the basis of specialist literature. The practical part follows the first theoretical part, which includes the performance of the company. The selected firm did not want to be published, so the work will not appear its name. The practical part is determined by the situation of motivation of human resources in the company (such as employee training, compensation and benefits). To determine the situation were I used information available from internal and external sources. Subsequent analysis was determined by questionnaires focused on employee satisfaction with provided benefits to which they prefer. If the benefits provided to employees are not satisfactory, then we need to build a new incentive program. Further research method was used in the form of a guided interview, which served to supplement primary data obtained by questionnaire. Guided interview questions were compiled according to the areas involved in the management of employees, particularly in the area of evaluation and remuneration and share information. Finally, the thesis was the finding of research findings. The obtained data was compiled, organized and evaluated. Based on the findings of the situation in the company were recommended new opportunities for incentive programs, due to which the company could achieve better results.
Factors of working satisfaction

This diploma thesis deals with factors of job satisfaction of employees of the state company XY. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first of which summarizes the theoretical background and the basic approaches to the described topic. The second part is empirical and it is aimed at motivating employees in the aforementioned organization, particularly at the remote workplace Blansko. The media in recent years created a bad image of the company, which is mostly related to the treatment of employees. It was therefore examined whether this external situation has a negative impact on job satisfaction and motivation of employees. The default method was a questionnaire survey, whose results were plotted and selected questions were then analyzed by analysis of qualitative character. If there were established a correlation between the studied characteristics there were also determined its power by coefficient of association. At the end of each analysis there were included interpretations of findings that were used to design optimization measures.
Work-Life Balance

The subject of this thesis is Work-Life Balance - the reconciliation of professional and personal lives. The primary objective of this work is to analyze employee satisfaction in achieving a balance between the professional and personal life and to develop recommendations for employer on that basis. The theoretical portion of this work defines the issues surrounding Work-Life Balance and tools that employees can use to harmonize the two with an analysis of applications in the Czech Republic and across the European Union. The practical portion of the study analyzes employee satisfaction in real-world cases. On the basis of both components, the study offers recommendations for policy improvements to foster better Work-Life Balance.
KPMG – a healthy workplace

Man sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. (Dalajláma) The wealth of business depends on the health of workers. (Dr Maria Neira, Director, Department of Public Health and Environment, World Health Organization) The aim of the thesis on the topic "KPMG -- a healthy workplace" is to analyze the current state of KPMG as the Company supporting health. The thesis suggest changes to be improved in the future - and a long-term strategic plan. Using the method of analysis of the state were discussed several factors that affect the health of employees in the workplace. The author of the thesis advanced in the analysis through the "Quality Criteria for Healthy Workplace," which were created by the National Health Institute for the title of Health Promoting Enterprise. In conclusion of the thesis the author proposes a health promotion plan (Health Plan) and submits the possible path KPMG might take if it seeks to establish a clear Health Plan which could become a fixed part of the enterprise's business goals and values.

The aim of this thesis is to describe, analyze, evaluate, and propose measures to improve the system of care for employees. The first part is theoretical, which defines the terms that are necessary to cope with an understanding of the issues and provides a basis for the practical part. Content is defined by the importance of taking care of employees, its structure. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of care for employees in that company. As part of the survey, which was based on a questionnaire survey. Based on the obtained data are suggested steps to improve the effectiveness and satisfaction of all employees tuned system.
The Analysis of Care about Employees and the Impact of the Act No. 218/2002 Coll. on the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

This thesis deals with the analysis of care about employees and the impact of the Service Act on the Ministry of Industry and Trade employees. Thanks to a performed analysis of care about employees, which is part of the Human Resources, there were gathered theoretical data which are then compared in a practical part with a current state of employee care at the Ministry. There are offered impulses through proposals and suggestions, which might possibly lead to a more effective way of work and also to a higher level of satisfaction of employees. Moreover, the work deals with forthcoming Act No. 218/2002 Coll., which adjusts position of clerks in government service. The Act is then confronted with a current state of personal politics at the Ministry and there are consequently delivered possible impacts of the Act on personal activities. In the conclusion, the work is evaluated and there is also assessed the significance of care about employees.
