Use of a photovoltaic power plant for an integrated rescue system
Jelínek, Richard ; Křivík, Petr (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
The work deals with the issue of using a mobile photovoltaic power plants in the interventions of the units of the integrated rescue system. It analyzes the theory of solar energy and its conversion into electrical energy and then analyzes the individual elements of the photovoltaic power plant. It tell us what type of pump is used in interventions and what and which type of power plants is used in. He then deals with his own design of a power plant, which serves as an alternative energy source, for internal combustion engines.
Material properties research for use in high-temperature solar thermal storage tank
Šot, František ; Vala, Jiří (referee) ; TROJAN,, Karel (referee) ; Steuer,, Radek (referee) ; Šťastník, Stanislav (advisor)
The use of thermal storage energy, using phase change materials appears to be an effective way to store thermal energy storage with the benefits of the high amount of energy while maintaining isothermal nature of the process. PCM methods are used in latent thermal storage systems for heat pumps, as well as in solar engineering or for temperature control in spacecraft. The past decade has extended these principles for cooling and heating in the building. There are a number of PCM systems, which operate over a wide temperature range, are used in various applications. This document includes a brief overview of the development and analysis of available thermal storage working mainly on the principle of PCM.
Problematika řešení ostrovního napájecího systému
MACEK, Karel
This thesis presents a description of grid-off photovoltaic systems. The practical part is dedicated to the construction of the mobile grid-off system, powering scientific machines in the field, where the ability to be easily transported is of high importance.
Energy system for energy independent object
Kaňovský, Jiří ; Pěcha, Jiří (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with a design of energetic system for energetic independent family house. There are default parameters for the house defined, and an impact of house's placement in nature on thermal energy loss and on thermal energy gain due to solar radiation is described at first. There are daily diagrams of thermal energy consumption for common and heating periods derived in this thesis. An energetic system producing electric energy using photovoltaic solar panels which are placed on the house's roof is designed based on the diagrams. The thesis also introduces basic types of island energetic systems. The objective of this thesis is also a design of energetic system for heating-up (TUV) using a thermal pump, fireplace and solar collectors.
Autonomous Power Supply for Sewerage Plant
Böserle, Otomar ; Dřínovský, Jiří (referee) ; Šebesta, Jiří (advisor)
The semester project called “The Autonomous System of Sewage Disposal Plant” seeks possible ways of using natural energy resources for purifying waste-water in areas without an l.v. access. We offer a possible solution in the form of fotovoltaic panels and we have also tried to find a compromise between the price and the sustainability of the system. Furthermore, we have designed circuits which could power the plant. We believe that after necessary tests and following adjustments the system could be used commercially. The part of the complete design dealing with gaining and accumulation of electrical energy could be used for other purposes too, e.g. for electrification of remote recreational areas.
Savonius rotor
Záviška, Radek ; Fiedler, Jan (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on designer works of Savounius rotor for Raječko location. Finish of this design work is equipment, which will be used in this location as decentralized source of electrical energy. In thesis are written manufacturing processes as so as the process of design part including the calculation part, which is focused on characteristic quantity of Savonius rotor. Thesis is finished by econominal assessment of project.
Economic and Energy Analysis of House Dependent on Solar Energy
Losert, Pavel ; Výskala, Miloslav (referee) ; Korytárová, Jana (advisor)
Searching for savings and lowering costs of economical housing is still very actual topic nowadays. These actions are more affordable with growing energy costs. New development in technology and mass production make using of solar installations more effective and cheaper. By harvesting solar energy we don't have to pollute an environment and we can also stop production of greenhouse gases which cause changing of planetary climate.
The Autonomous House or Living Grid-off
Chlebný, Radek ; Šlezingr, Jan (referee) ; Macháček, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with energy self-sufficiency focusing on the independence of the electric grid. Basic line emanating project form a concrete proposal for autonomous energy supply system. Emphasis is placed primarily on photovoltaic systems, electric energy accumulation and selection of individual components of such a system. Another important part of the thesis is also an economic evaluation of design variations. The thesis also deals with a market research, and thereof derived benefit assessment of each technology. The accompanying chapters are then devoted to the history of autonomous life style or classification of buildings according to their energy performance.
The grid-off Wind Power, Principle, Effectiveness, Return
Havránek, Miroslav ; Radil, Lukáš (referee) ; Macháček, Jan (advisor)
This Master´s thesis deals with problematics of wind powered generators and their use in off-grid systems. In its first chapters aspects of wind as a power source are analyzed. Further on the thesis focuses on individual components of the off-grid systems. Also designing procedures of these systems are presented in the paper. The key parts of the thesis are 3 off-grid wind power system designs, which can be used to power a family house, and their energetical and economical evaluation.
Vacation property in stand-alone mode
Svoboda, Jan ; Martinec, Jiří (referee) ; Suk, Ladislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the supply of electricity for remote vacation property. It addresses the issue of how each technology of alone systems are applied to a particular object, as well as their financial page. At the end are technologies compared and the most suitable one is recommended.
