Valuation of a flat loaded by easement

This assignment concentrates on the problematics of encumbrance. It is about the flat ministry encumbrance in a family house. The job is split into two parts, written and suggested. The written part analyses general notions which are found in the pricing of the property’s belongings. Next, there are stated methods to pricing the property’s belongings. The next chapters are dealing with the legislation of eternal encumbrance, the procedures and the ways of their pricing. The second part, suggested, contains the pricing itself. The property’s belonging is priced in two methods. One of the methods to pricing is value regulations; the second method prices by the regular value. First, the whole family house is priced with all its’ accessories, on the principal of half basis ownership and the given area of the flats, we can consider the value of the priced flat at the same value as half of a family house. Next, the encumbrance itself is priced. The age of the authorised is considered in one group of 30 years and the second group of 80 years. The following step is deducting the value of the eternal encumbrance. From these given final results, we state the chosen price of the flat including taxing purposes. At the conclusion of the done job, evaluation and recommendation is done for pricing similar cases.

Specifies the basic theoretical information on legal, accounting, taxes and economics. In the analytical part is the entrepreneur briefly introduced and evaluated his current state of receivables. An integral part is also putting theory into practice by any proposals for tackling the problem.

TITLE: Czech and Russian Phraseology with Animals in Comparison AUTHOR: Veronika Novotná DEPARTMENT: Department of Russian studies and linguodidactics SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Lenka Havelková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: This bachelor thesis is based on phraseologisms which use names of animals. It compares Czech and Russian phraseologisms. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with the phraseology itself and concentrates on the concepts such as phraseologism, idiom, proverb, comparison, etc. Practical part of the thesis analyses concrete Czech and Russian phraseological units involving the names of animals. These phrases are compared and determined taking into account the extent of their equivalence. Synoptic charts provide the meaning and origin of the Czech and Russian phraseologisms according to specialized phraseological and etymological dictionaries. The extent of equivalence of particular phraseologisms is defined in these charts. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare Russian and Czech phraseologisms mainly from their content and formal points of view, and find out the extent of their equivalence. Title: The club development of american football in the Czech Republic In the first part of this thesis American football is introduced, explaining basic game principles and describing the game so that the reader can imagine what the sport is all about. The second part then focuses on examining the emergence of particular American football clubs in the Czech Republic. The whole period is divided into several stages, with a strong focus on finding a common denominator of individual events. The aim is to map American football in the Czech Republic since the establishment of the first club up to the present with emphasis on main themes and key periods. Research through the comparative method was used marginally. Geographical aspects of soccer players' origin - football academies: Comparison of Czechia and Serbia Abstract The goal of this thesis is to identify football academies in Czechia and Serbia since 1993. That accomplishes through presenting theoretical approaches of sport geography, then documents the globalisation of sport and especially the diffusion of football in space and time. It submits also characteristics of the successful football academy and finds out positive economical effects, which are generated by production of professional football players. The thesis researches in analytical part not only regional divide of the football academies, which are identified based on the place of birth, first youth and professional clubs and transfer value of the individual players, but the influence of different factors on success of club in national league as well. Hope in the letters of St. Paul and St. Peter. The New Testament contains the letters of the apostle Paul and Peter range of texts on the theme of hope. Bachelor thesis tries to analyze the individual texts with different views, so that the reader of God's word could penetrate more deeply into the theological virtues. It will be exploring the theme of hope in terms of origin, the subject of hope in the community of the Church of Hope as part of the trajectory of faith and love. Then look through the eyes, other authors on the subject. Finally, a description of the author's own experiences in his personal life story.
