Agency Contract

This thesis discusses the legal regulation of an agency contract according to the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, with the focus on the comparison of the changes between the legislative frame of the agency contract contained in the Act no. 513/1991 Coll., The Commercial Code, and the legislative frame of the agency contract contained in the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code. Although the main focus of the thesis lies in description and analysis of the changes, the thesis also examines the practical use of the agency contract, when discussing so called švarcsystém among other things. The aim of the thesis is to describe the changes made by Law no. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, which were explained by Explanatory Memorandum to the Act. No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, and then highlight those changes that this explanatory memorandum did not mention. The thesis is divided into five chapters, whereas the first four chapters describe the changes and any problems that may arise. The final, fifth, chapter labeled as "Additional information relating to the agency contract", differs from the other chapters in that it does not describe the changes in the legal framework but is devoted to practical problems of the use of the agency contract, which according to the author of this work should also...

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate and prove impact of sales representatives on success and competitiveness in selected company Stavebniny DEK Ltd. which is the major dealer of construction materials in the Czech Republic. The work is based on analysis of daily activities of sales representatives, their job description, influence on sale and company's approach to recruitment and valuation of sales representatives. It also describes division of specialization of sales representatives and integration into marketing activities in compare with competition.
Analysis of the Sales representative's effectiveness

Presented master thesis deals with the issues of analysis of the Sales representative's effectiveness in conjunction with the effectiveness of regions severance, methods of evaluation and remuneration. The thesis will also outline company's usage of CRM software from the perspective of Sales representative and Sales Analyst. Theoretical part contains findings from CRM, profession of Sales representatives and methods of evaluation and remuneration. These finding will be exemplified on international pharmaceutical company. The aims of this thesis are suggestions and recommendations which are targeted to increase effectiveness of the Sales representatives and CRM software.
Factors which influencing cooperation sales representatives with insurance company

This bachelor thesis analyzes the main factors which influencing motivation to work t insurance agents of the insurance company and proposes solutions for elimination problems and better fulfillment of stated aims of the company. The partial objectives are to identify the main motives for cooperation and their long-term stay in a company. To achieve this aims, I will use questionnaire surveys and personal interviews with the insurance agents. This thesis is divided into two sections, the theoretical part describes subjects on the insurance market, register of insurance agents and professional association and principles of making questionnaire survey. The practical part is based on the questionnaire survey methods. In conclusion, the results of the survey and suggestions of improvement are made.

This thesis discusses the legal regulation of an agency contract according to the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, with the focus on the general description of the terms and institutes of agency contract. The work is divided into five chapters, the main objective of this paper is to describe the basic definition of an agency contract. The first chapter described and analyzed the basic characteristics of an agency contract, especially the agent himself, the long-term perception of the agency contract, the definition of the term certain types of transactions, and we have discussed a exclusive and non-exclusive agency contract. The second chapter is focused on the rights and obligations of the parties of the agency contract with a closer focus on the issue of commissions. In chapters 3, 4 and 5, we discussed termination of agency contract, anticompetitive clause and we also mentioned Švarcsystem. Some chapters are for clarity divided into subchapters and the names of the subchapters signify the topic that subchapter is dedicated to. The thesis also refers to the commentary literature and case law relating to legal framework contained in the Act no. 513/1991 Coll., The Commercial Code. 1 Abstract Business agency contract This diploma thesis deals with the business agency contract which is governed in sections 652 - 672a of the Commercial Code, Act. No. 513/1991 Coll. as amended. Parties are referred as the principal and the commercial agent here. Pursuant to this contract type the commercial agent, as an independent entrepreneur, binds himself to a long-term negotiation of the sale or the purchase of goods on behalf of the principal, or as a direct representative he is authorized to negotiate and conclude such transactions on behalf of and in the name of principal - such a form of business representation requires a procuration. The provisions governing the business agency contract has been harmonized with Council Directive No. 86/653/EEC of 18 December 1986 on the coordination of the laws of the Member States relating to self-employed commercial agents by the Act No. 370/2000 Coll. Mobile CRM Application for Sales Representatives

Bachelor's thesis describes development of mobile CRM application for sales representatives. The aim is creating an appilication that helps with scheduling of events and online access to the database. The database contains information about customers. The thesis describes basic principles of CRM, which were used during development. Application is developed for mobile phones with operating system Android, which is briefly introduced in the thesis. The thesis consists of an analysis of similar, existing applications and analysis of requests from potential users. The next section portrays the design and implementation process of the parts. At the end, the thesis depicts testing from several different points of view and describes the feedback from users.
The issue of loans in the banking and non-banking sector

This Bachelor Thesis is focused on the issue of credit products in banking and non-banking sector in the Czech Republic. The first part introduces the theory related to explanation keywords, description of the credit products which are currently offered on the Czech market and which are linked with the legislative interpretation of relevant terms related to the credit issues. The practical part includes description of the credit products by leading representatives of the banking and non-banking sector, comparison of consumer credit, questionnaires and interviews with employees representing selected financial institutions. Author's own experience and the analysis of accomplished investigation helped to design an innovative loan products that could use its parameters to provide clients with more favorable conditions.

This bachelor thesis is concerned with managerial and marketing communication in civil engineering. The aim of this thesis is to investigate current marketing communication in the construction market, and managerial communication inside construction companies. The theoretical part is concerned with defining basic concepts and theories connected with the subject of this bachelor thesis. The empirical part deals with the questionnaire survey and controlled interviews. The practical part serves as a basis for verifying set hypotheses. The thesis is concluded by evaluating the empirical part, and proposing recommendations for the construction companies.
