Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje hlavní faktory ovlivňující motivaci k výkonu práce pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů dané pojišťovny a navrhuje řešení k eliminaci problémů a lepším plněním stanovených cílů společnosti. Dílčími cíli je zjištění hlavních motivů ke spolupráci a jejich dlouhodobého setrvání ve společnosti. K dosažení tohoto cíle využiji dotazníkové šetření a osobní rozhovory s pojišťovacími zprostředkovateli. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretická část se zaměřuje na subjekty na trhu pojišťovnictví, registr pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů a profesní asociace a zásady tvorby dotazníku. Praktická část vychází z metod dotazníkového šetření a následně jsou zpracovány výsledky provedeného šetření. This bachelor thesis analyzes the main factors which influencing motivation to work t insurance agents of the insurance company and proposes solutions for elimination problems and better fulfillment of stated aims of the company. The partial objectives are to identify the main motives for cooperation and their long-term stay in a company. To achieve this aims, I will use questionnaire surveys and personal interviews with the insurance agents. This thesis is divided into two sections, the theoretical part describes subjects on the insurance market, register of insurance agents and professional association and principles of making questionnaire survey. The practical part is based on the questionnaire survey methods. In conclusion, the results of the survey and suggestions of improvement are made.
