Apartment building
Maršálková, Martina ; Kozubíková, Ivana (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
This bachelor thesis processes the project documentation for the apartment building with a nearly zero energy consumption. The project of an apartment building is located in the city of Liberec, city district of Vesec and has four above-ground floors and one underground floor. The foundation of the apartment building is located in a slightly sloped terrain overlooking Ještěd and the neighborhood consists of family houses and apartment buildings. The main intention was to design comfortable, spacious and modern living space with low energy costs. The layout of apartments is suitable for families with children or for a young couple. None of the housing units are designed as barrier-free for people with limited mobility, but access to the building is wheelchair accessible and, if necessary, apartments can be changed to meet the requirements for barrier-free standards. In the basement of the building there are common areas including the gym and separate garage parking spots. Parking will be available even outside of the building, located from both sides of the building. The elementary materials used for the construction are brick and concrete from which the supporting structures of the building are made. The roof and part of the front of the building is designed to include vegetation.
Revitalization of a multi-purpose building in the village
Federla, Jakub ; Nováková, Eva (referee) ; Kolář, Radim (advisor)
The aim of master‘s thesis is to renovate old agricultural building and design it as nzeb building. The thesis contains three parts: 1st – design of the building, 2nd – design of building services, and 3rd – assessment of the impact of different operations in building on energy consumption. The results are then evaluated for economic and environmental savings. The renovated building in village Rozkoš will be used for many purposes. It will be divided into 3 parts – a multifunctional hall, a pub, and a club room. Multifunctional hall will be used for various activities for village itself or public. In the pub will be only cold kitchen with small dishes and beverages. Club room can be used for elderly people, workout or young people. The building is low rise and structural system is combined. The vertical load-bearing walls and columns are built of bricks. Horizontal load-bearing structures are cross vaults made also of bricks. Saddle roof is made of timber roof truss. The building site contains also an outdoor car park and a garden. The project was carried out in the Revit.
Apartment building
Istvánová, Martina ; Kozubíková, Ivana (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
The subject of bachelor thesis is creating a design documentation for constructing an apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption. The apartment building is designed as a building with four above-ground floors and a basement. There are 10 dwelling units within the building from which one is adapted for disabled person (accessible flat). In the basement of the building are 6 individual parking spaces, technical utilities of the building and a storage space for each dwelling unit. Roofing of the building is deigned as a green warm flat roof which can be used as relax area for residents of the apartment building. From construction side the building is designed as double-sided wall structural system made from clay blocks with cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor.
Heat sources for nearly zero-energy buildings
Zábovský, Ján ; Fojtlín, Miloš (referee) ; Hejčík, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of heat sources for nearly zero energy buildings. It is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis describes the term „nearly zero energy buldings“ and its differences across European union and especially Czech and Slovak republic. The next part summarizes various types of systems and devices, which are directly or indirectly involved in maintaining interior thermal comfort. It also assesses their applicability to buildings with nearly zero energy consumption. The final part of the thesis consists of the design of several input parameters for the selected model house. A suitable heat source is suggested for each of the variants.
Heating of the kindergarten
Černý, Tomáš ; Topič, Jan (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The bachelor thesis solves the design of the nursery heating. The theoretical part deals with the topic of floor heating. The calculation part contains the design of heating the building using hot-water underfloor heating. Further solves the calculation of hot water exchanger for forced ventilation of selected rooms. The air-water heat pump is designed as the heat source. Part of the calculations is also the preparation of hot water and all the necesary equipment of the system. Kindergarten is designed as a nearly zero-energy building.
Ventilation of nearly Zero Energy Building
Frčka, Lukáš ; Horák, Petr (referee) ; Rubinová, Olga (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on nearly zero energy buildings, which are a mandatory part of construction of the buildings in Czech republic after 2020. It also deals with HVAC and its design as part of these buildings. The theoretical part deals with legal and technical regulations and possible savings in HVAC systems. The computational part is focused on two solution of HVAC systems in given object. The project part is about the given object, which is otevřená zahrada Brno. This building was founded by Nadace Partnerství s.r.o.. This third part of diploma thesis deals with the quality of indoor microclimate and evaluation of the heat recovery system effiency, which is applied in local HVAC unit.
Nearly-zero energy Kindergarten
Ryšavý, Daniel ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The master project is consists of three parts. The aim of the first and second part is to design kindergarten building, its technical equipment and management systems. The third part deals with energy, financial and environmental comparison of different wall construction composition. The kindergarten is single-storey building without basement and is located in Náchod, Czech Republic. Building is based on strip footing and structural system is masonry wall system with flat roof. Material of both load-bearing and non-bearing walls are sand-lime blocks. External walls are insulated by external thermal insulation composite system. Vertical structures are designed from prestressed Spiroll concrete floor slabs. The roof is designed as a warm flat half-intensive green roof. The building site contains also outdoor parking lot and a garden with a playground and a pond.
Boarding House
Kryštofová, Iveta ; Vystrčil, Jan (referee) ; Košíčková, Ivana (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis is the processing of the design documentation for the construction of a boarding house with nearly zero energy consumption. The plot is located in the cadastre unit Znojmo-Louka, in a buildable area for recreation. The new building is detached, with partial basement, and has two floors. There is a preparation area in the one-storey section, including a dining area. Accommodation units can be found in a two-storey segment. And there is a technical background of the building in the basement. The vertical load-bearing system is made of ceramic blocks and concrete poured fittings used in the basement. The horizontal structures are formed cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The building is covered with a warm flat vegetation roof and a cold roof made of truss girders. The building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system made of polystyrene. The building is based on deep piles and foundation reinforced concrete strips.
Apartment building
Zakharov, Anatolii ; Kozubíková, Ivana (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
This bachelor thesis processes project documentation for an apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption at the level for the realization of building. The foundation building located in Brno, in the city district of Řečkovice and Mokrá hora, has four above-ground floors and one underground floor. It is set in a slightly sloping plot on Tereza Novaková Street. In the vicinity of the future new building there is a development of family and apartment buildings. The main intention was to design comfortable, spacious and modern housing with low energy costs. Also an important goal was the use of empty land in the built-up area with the most efficient built-up. The layout of the apartments is suitable mainly for families with children.
