Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci pro bytový dům s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie na úrovni pro provádění stavby. Novostavba bytového domu nacházející se v Brně, v městské částí Řečkovice a Mokrá hora, má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží. Je osazena do mírně sklonitého pozemku na ulice Terezy Novakové. V okolí budoucí novostavby se nachází zástavba rodinných a bytových domů. Hlavním záměrem bylo navržení pohodlného, prostorného a moderního bydlení s nízkými náklady na energie. Také důležitém cílem bylo využit prázdný pozemek v zastavěném území s co nejefektivnější zastavěností. Dispoziční řešení bytů je vhodné převážně pro rodiny s dětmi. Jeden byt v přízemí je řešen jako bezbariérový s ohledem na imobilní skupiny obyvatelů. Přístup do objektu je bezbariérový, v objektu je výtah, dům vyhoví požadavkům na bezbariérové užívání. V suterénu objektu se nacházejí hromadná garáž primárně pro obyvatele domu. Elementární materiály použité pro stavbu jsou cihla a beton, z kterých jsou provedeny nosné konstrukce objektu. Střecha objektu nad 3.NP je navržená jako provozní a vegetační, prostor střechy nad 4.NP slouží pro technickou obsluhu domu. Bakalářská práce je zhotovena v souladu s platnými právními předpisy české republiky v aktuálním znění k datumu odevzdaní bakalářské práce. This bachelor thesis processes project documentation for an apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption at the level for the realization of building. The foundation building located in Brno, in the city district of Řečkovice and Mokrá hora, has four above-ground floors and one underground floor. It is set in a slightly sloping plot on Tereza Novaková Street. In the vicinity of the future new building there is a development of family and apartment buildings. The main intention was to design comfortable, spacious and modern housing with low energy costs. Also an important goal was the use of empty land in the built-up area with the most efficient built-up. The layout of the apartments is suitable mainly for families with children. One apartment on the ground floor is designed as a barrier - free with regard to Immobile groups of residents. Access to the building is wheelchair accessible, the building has an elevator, the House meets the requirements for wheelchair use. In the basement of the building there are garage primarily for residents of the House. The elementary materials used for construction are brick and concrete, from which the supporting structures of the object are made. Roof of the building above 3rd floor it is designed as an operating and vegetation, roof space above 4rd floor it serves for technical maintenance of the House. The bachelor thesis is prepared in accordance with the current legislation of the Czech Republic as amended on the date of submission of the bachelor thesis.
