Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci pro bytový dům s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie na úrovni pro provádění stavby. Novostavba bytového domu nacházející se v Liberci, v městské částí Vesec, má čtyři nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. Je osazena do mírně svažitého terénu s výhledem na Ještěd. V okolí budoucí novostavby se nachází zástavba rodinných a bytových domů. Hlavním záměrem bylo navržení pohodlného, prostorného a moderního bydlení s nízkými náklady na energie. Dispoziční řešení bytů je vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi nebo pro mladý pár. Žádná z bytových jednotek není řešena jako bezbariérová pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu, avšak přístup do objektu je bezbariérový a v případě potřeby je možné změnit dispozici některého z bytů, aby vyhověla požadavkům na bezbariérové užívání. V suterénu objektu se nacházejí společné prostory včetně posilovny a samostatných garážových stání. Z bočních stran objektu se budou nacházet parkovací stání. Elementární materiály použitý pro stavbu jsou cihla a beton, z kterých jsou provedeny nosné konstrukce objektu. Střechy objektu jsou navrženy jako vegetační. Z přední strany objektu se nachází vegetační stěna. Bakalářská práce bude zhotovena v souladu s platnými právními předpisy české republiky v aktuálním znění k datumu odevzdaní bakalářské práce. This bachelor thesis processes the project documentation for the apartment building with a nearly zero energy consumption. The project of an apartment building is located in the city of Liberec, city district of Vesec and has four above-ground floors and one underground floor. The foundation of the apartment building is located in a slightly sloped terrain overlooking Ještěd and the neighborhood consists of family houses and apartment buildings. The main intention was to design comfortable, spacious and modern living space with low energy costs. The layout of apartments is suitable for families with children or for a young couple. None of the housing units are designed as barrier-free for people with limited mobility, but access to the building is wheelchair accessible and, if necessary, apartments can be changed to meet the requirements for barrier-free standards. In the basement of the building there are common areas including the gym and separate garage parking spots. Parking will be available even outside of the building, located from both sides of the building. The elementary materials used for the construction are brick and concrete from which the supporting structures of the building are made. The roof and part of the front of the building is designed to include vegetation.
