Magnetic separators of ferromagnetic materials

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare a technical report regarding an overview of selected magnetic separators, their principles and manufacturers. Design of a design solution for a magnetic separator for industrial waste. Based on the assessment of the individual constructions of the separators, a specific construction variant is selected. Subsequently, essential calculations for the design of the separator are carried out. Part of this work is the drawing documentation of the assembly of the machine and selected parts.
Reinforced concrete structure of the railway platform roofing

The bachelor‘s thesis deals with assessment of existing damaged reinforced concrete strucutre of the railway platform roofing according to the original project documentation. Apart from assessment of existing structure, there is prepared a design of two alternative solutions. The first alternative is a remediation of damage structure with description of appropriate diagnostic methods for testing concrete structures and with description of technological process of implementation of remediation. The second alternative is design of completely new structure instead of existing one. This new structure is designed as a monolithic frame contruction with restraint reinforced concrete panel and one – step foundation block. In this bachelor’s thesis there were prepared a design and assessment of sub – sections and work – out appropriate drawing documentation. All static assessments are calculated according to ultimate limit state.
Magnetic separator

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design the structural conception of belt magnetic separator with permanent magnet designated to separate unwanted ferromagnetic material waste from the machining of aluminium. This report contains an overview of equipment for the separation and design of concrete solutions to the magnetic separator. According to the input parameters are calculated all the parameters necessary for correct machine design. Attachments to this technical report are documentation drawings of selected parts and assemblies.
Lift platform designed for installation on truck

This thesis deals with functional design modular prototype of hydraulic lift platform designed for installation on a truck. The project contained a construction proposal that has been only strength-controlled. The thesis contains design and dimensioning of the fixing device to the chassis of the vehicle too. The attached drawings contain assembly drawing and drawing two tenons.

Frame unit’s is complicate from massive and movable clamping board and is self-supporting. Unit has be solution like incorporated modulus. Target is proposal main driving period for movable clamping board. Work up proposal constructional solution, drawing listings, production drawing of the three engaged part of, BOM. Computational report must include calculations drives, constructional knots and their verification and further needed strength calculation and analyses. Proposal treatment tribotechnical knots. Analysis construction from standpoint safety in operation according to NV24/2003 and analysis safety hazards. Part of work must be and economic analysis resultant solution.
Magnetic separator for recycling construction and demolition waste

This work contains a search of available equipment for the separation of ferromagnetic material and the design of a specific design solution of a magnetic separator for the recycling of ferromagnetic waste from construction and demolition waste. According to the entered parameters, the calculations necessary for the correct design of the machine were performed. Part of the work is drawing documentation of selected parts and assemblies of the device.

The contents of this technical research are an analysis of a mechanical equipment of that are used for condensing steam turbine, thermodynamic calculations of passage channel for specified inlet and outlet conditions of steam, design and construction, drawing of the turbine axial cross section, operating scheme of turbine and economic analysis of operation.
Formula Student Tubular Frame New Evolution Design

Design of new evolution steel welded tubular frame specified for Formula Student series is the main goal of this thesis. In the first instance, type of frame designs is described. Next part of thesis is devote to rules, which must be respected in designing of new evolution of tubular frame. In main part, construction design and calculations of torsional stiffness using MKP analysis are mentioned. Interesting point of this work is located at penultimate part, which deals with preparation of tubular frame production. This is integral part of the construction process at all. Thesis ends with project summary.
Magnetic separator

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design the structural conception of magnetic separator designated to separate small-sized industrial waste. This report provides an overview of facilities of worldwide manufacturers that are used for magnetic separation of steel scrap. Furthermore, it offers an assessment of variants for technical solutions to structural nodes of magnetic separator; this is followed by a selection of specific solution. According to the input parameters, all the parameters necessary for correct machine design are computed. These computations also include the justification of selected table values, placement, surface roughness, geometric tolerances, materials and heat treatment of the individual parts and assemblies. Attachments to this technical report are documentation drawings of selected parts and assemblies.
Lift unit for paste container

The first part deals with the sorts and a separation of the fillers which are used in the food-processing industry. The second part more deeply describes various construction variants of the lift unit rotary piston filler, especially their properties, sort of the driving mechanism and an used components. Final system design is created in Autodesk Inventor 10.
