Proposal of Suitable Stimulative Tools

Purpose of my thesis is suggestion of suitable stimulative tools for a particular company. The next part of the thesis is engaged with an analysis of existing situation in the company and identification of employees’ needs. A part of this is also an analysis of disagreement between benefits which a firm gives to employees and benefits which employees really want. Suggestion of problem solving includes final structure of stimulative tools, which will be most useful for employees and stop further employees’ leaving, will increase their satisfaction, efficiency and will motivate new employees to work in this company.
The Suggestion of Improving Motivation System HP TRONIC

This bachelor thesis is focused on improvement of the motivation system for the group HP TRONIC. By using a questionnaire survey the current state of satisfaction of employees with the motivation system and communication with their direct superiors was determined. The statistical hypotheses was also tested on employee satisfaction with their job benefits. In conclusion the thesis presents a proposal to improve the current motivation system, which should lead to greater employee satisfaction and higher performance.

The subject of the thesis "The system of remuneration in the chosen company" analyzes the current state of rewards and benefits in the company MARS Svratka as part of its remuneration system. It also defines their role and meaning and at the end it suggests possible recommendations which may lead to higher satisfaction of employees. The theoretical part focuses on findings from literature and it mainly addressed the motivation of employees and their remuneration. The practical part consists of an analysis of the current state of the company on its basis are outlined the results the recommendations for the company.
Petential causes of emloyees leaving school facilities in Chomutov region

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of motivation and fluctuation of employees in various types of facilities. The topic of fluctuation is not current only in Czech society, as we still encounter discussions on how to prevent the unwanted fluctuation. The theoretical part is divided into a total of four chapters, which are focusing on the concepts of job mobility, fluctuation, motivation and school facilities. The aim of the practical part of the work is to figure out what motivates employees of school facilities in the Chomutov region in the work environment and to reveal the main areas leading to employee leaving, then compare them and determine a common denominator. It focuses on what, according to the addressed employees of school facilities, would be the potential causes of their leave and the effective motivation that could prevent their leaving. The used method of research was statistical with the use of data collection through a questionnaire survey. The evaluation has been done with total of 86 respondents - addressed employees of school facilities in the Chomutov region. The title of my bachelor thesis is The System of Motivation and Performance Remuneration of Employees in a Company. The motivation is an important part of every employee´s working life. Only satisfied employee can perform good working results. The bachelor thesis deals with the system of motivation and performance remuneration of employees in the Zemědělské družstvo Telč. The bachelor thesis is made of four parts: theoretical part, the main aim and methodology, practical part and the suggestions to improve selected parts of the company. The teoretical part is focused on motivation of employees, especially on motivational theories, externe and interne motivation, and on the pay scheme, which is divided into types of wages and performance rewards. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of present system of motivation in the company and suggest a recommendation to improve. The results of this bachelor thesis should help company management to improve working life in the company. In the practical part is introduced the company. I chose the Zemědělské družstvo Telč, which has about 89 employees. The practical part is based on the questionnaire, which helped to analyze the situation in the company in the part of motivation and remuneration. The gained data were processed into the graphs, which were commented and explained. In the last part of the thesis are suggestions, which results of the gained data of the questionnaire. There were three parts appropriate to improve: the working environment and relationships at the workplace, the financial evaluation and the employee benefits. The results of this bachelor thesis could help company management to improve working life in the company and to greater employee satisfaction.

Employee motivation and satisfaction in production company

The main subject of the thesis is employee motivation and satisfaction. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the employee motivation and work satisfaction of a production company, identify areas of dissatisfaction and provide recommendations for future improvements. The study also aims to emphasize the relationship between employee motivation and work satisfaction and the level of their performance, loyalty, absenteeism, fluctuation as well as the correllation between employee motivation and satisfaction and the overall organizational performance. A brief introduction is followed by the theoretical framework of the thesis which includes such concepts as motivation, stimulation, work motivation, job satisfaction or motivation profile, explains and focuses on basic theories of motivation and factors of employee satisfaction. The empirical part of the thesis introduces the human resources management in the production company and the questionnaire investigation conducted among the employees of the production company. The questionnaire icludes parts where the questions about satisfaction of the employee with the selected factors influencing employee motivation and satisfaction were asked. This section also includes conclusions and recommendations for future employee motivation and satisfaction improvements.
