Název mé bakalářské práce je Systém motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti. Motivace je důležitou součástí pracovního života každého zaměstnance. Pouze spokojený zaměstnanec může odvádět dobré pracovní výsledky. Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců v Zemědělském družstvu Telč. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze čtyř částí: teoretické části, hlavního cíle a metodiky, praktické části a návrhů na zlepšení vybraných oblastí podniku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na motivaci zaměstnanců, zejména na motivační teorie, vnější a vnitřní motivaci a na mzdový systém, který je rozdělen na druhy mezd a odměny za výkon. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení současného systému motivace v podniku a navržení doporučení k jeho zlepšení. Výsledky této bakalářské práce by měly vedení společnosti pomoci zlepšit pracovní život ve společnosti. V praktické části je představena společnost. Vybrala jsem Zemědělské družstvo Telč, které má asi 89 zaměstnanců. Praktická část vychází z dotazníku, který pomohl analyzovat situaci ve společnosti v oblasti motivace a odměňování. Získaná data byla zpracována do grafů, které byly komentovány a vysvětleny. V poslední části práce jsou doporučení, která vyplynula ze získaných dat z dotazníku. Tato doporučení se týkají tří oblastí: pracovní prostředí a vztahy na pracovišti, finanční ohodnocení a zaměstnanecké výhody (benefity). Výsledky této bakalářské práce by mohly napomoci managementu společnosti ke zlepšení pracovního života ve společnosti a ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. The title of my bachelor thesis is The System of Motivation and Performance Remuneration of Employees in a Company. The motivation is an important part of every employee´s working life. Only satisfied employee can perform good working results. The bachelor thesis deals with the system of motivation and performance remuneration of employees in the Zemědělské družstvo Telč. The bachelor thesis is made of four parts: theoretical part, the main aim and methodology, practical part and the suggestions to improve selected parts of the company. The teoretical part is focused on motivation of employees, especially on motivational theories, externe and interne motivation, and on the pay scheme, which is divided into types of wages and performance rewards. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of present system of motivation in the company and suggest a recommendation to improve. The results of this bachelor thesis should help company management to improve working life in the company. In the practical part is introduced the company. I chose the Zemědělské družstvo Telč, which has about 89 employees. The practical part is based on the questionnaire, which helped to analyze the situation in the company in the part of motivation and remuneration. The gained data were processed into the graphs, which were commented and explained. In the last part of the thesis are suggestions, which results of the gained data of the questionnaire. There were three parts appropriate to improve: the working environment and relationships at the workplace, the financial evaluation and the employee benefits. The results of this bachelor thesis could help company management to improve working life in the company and to greater employee satisfaction.
