Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení motivačního systému ve skupině HP TRONIC. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsou zjištěny nedostatky v současném motivačním systému a v komunikaci s přímým nadřízeným. Dále jsou testovány statistické hypotézy na spokojenost zaměstnanců s benefity. Na závěr práce předkládá návrh na zlepšení současného motivačního systému, který by měl vést k větší spokojenosti zaměstnanců a jejich vyššímu pracovnímu výkonu. This bachelor thesis is focused on improvement of the motivation system for the group HP TRONIC. By using a questionnaire survey the current state of satisfaction of employees with the motivation system and communication with their direct superiors was determined. The statistical hypotheses was also tested on employee satisfaction with their job benefits. In conclusion the thesis presents a proposal to improve the current motivation system, which should lead to greater employee satisfaction and higher performance.
