Motivation. An internal state, which helps not only in the performance of work, but in managing everyday activities. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company. In the first part, terms related to motivation are defined. The following part describes the use of these definitions to analyse the motivation program in the company by combining quantitative and qualitative research; data validation using triangulation method provided more relevant information. This led to identification of strong and weak parts of the company motivation program. In the last part, the found deficiencies were used to form proposals for the company and the optimalization of the program.

Diploma thesis deals with Development Propsal of a Motivation Program for Regional Managers in the Southern Moravia Agency which is one of eight agencies of the examined company. Diploma thesis first focuses on the theoretical basis of solved problems, then on the analysis of internal and external influences on the solved problems. At the end of the thesis the proposals are submitted. These proposals should lead to improvements in the motivation and adaptation system and reduction in staff turnover in the Southern Moravia Agency.

This diploma thesis deals with issues of employee motivation. It describes the latest happenings in the labour market and clarifies the importance of a company’s of the reasons why employees leave. The theoretical part gets us acquaints us with the needs and satisfaction of employees, and the way these can be accomplished. This information is applied on the motivation system of the travel agency Invia.cz. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse and to suggest some solutions for the improvement of the motivational atmosphere in the company. The survey was used for analysis.
Factors which influencing cooperation sales representatives with insurance company

This bachelor thesis analyzes the main factors which influencing motivation to work t insurance agents of the insurance company and proposes solutions for elimination problems and better fulfillment of stated aims of the company. The partial objectives are to identify the main motives for cooperation and their long-term stay in a company. To achieve this aims, I will use questionnaire surveys and personal interviews with the insurance agents. This thesis is divided into two sections, the theoretical part describes subjects on the insurance market, register of insurance agents and professional association and principles of making questionnaire survey. The practical part is based on the questionnaire survey methods. In conclusion, the results of the survey and suggestions of improvement are made.

The main focus of this diploma thesis is motivation program in Šroubárny Kyjov comapny. The theoretical part to explains the basic ideas and concepts related to on the topic. The practical part of this work is presented Šroubárny Kyjov company, s.r.o. It analyses the contemporary state of motivational programme in the company. The result of last part is creating more effective motivation program, which would improve satisfaction and increase in the efficiency of work of staff.

Thesis deals with motivation potential of work in a selected organisation, identification of presence of job characteristics according to Hackman and Oldham Job Characteristics Model, their perception of intensity and importace for employee. Furthermore proposing improvements of job characteristics and enrichment of employees' job. Another goal is to find satisfaction with current motivation program and in case of deficiencies to propose changes. Data were obtained by using questionary, this data were processing by descriptive statistics. In conclusion, were proposed possibles changes in case of job characteristics or in case of motivation program if enrichment of job characteristics was not suffice.

This dissertation is dedicated to the evaluation and remuneration processes career soldiers in the Army of the Czech Republic. The main goal is to make an analysis of evaluation and remuneration in the company and on the basis of research make a suggestion to improve these processes. In the theoretic part are explained the basic conceptions as the evaluation and remuneration that are related with army background and the requirements laid to regular soldiers. In the practical part is the chosen company described and the research, that contains of questionnaire commanders and career soldiers. In conclusion is a suggest for an improve of the evaluation and remuneration processes by career soldiers in the company.
