Analysis of stimulation and motivation of employees

The goal of diploma thesis is to analyze the motivation program of company ROSS Holding a.s. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains concepts of motivation and stimulation, introduces basic theories of motivation and outlines the usage of stimulation in practice. The practical part deals with introduction of examined company, her current motivation program, analysis of satisfaction of employees with this program and with development of discovered preferences in time horizon of two years.
Analysis of the motivation of high school teachers

The thesis is concerned with issues of motivation and contentment of workers in the education sector in the Czech Republic. First, it focuses on presenting theoretical knowledge of staff motivation and contentment. In practical part we will switch-able to the analysis of the motivation of high school teachers itself, which aims to map the level of teachers' contentment in a workplace. I would also like to point out the circumstances that affect this issue, such as working environment, salary etc. The analysis was carried out in two secondary schools in Prague, in Business School Vinohradská and School of Low-tension electrical engineering in Vysočany. Respondents (teachers) were subjected to a questionnaire survey that included questions about their con-tentment in the workplace, their financial evaluation, workplace relations, employment motivation and many others. Then I did a structured interview with the director of the Business school as well as the director of the collage.
Remuneration and Motivation in the Public Sector

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the current system of the staff motivation and rewarding of employees in the public sector. In the theoretical part of the thesis I am focusing on the explanation of basic terms used in the area of motivation and rewarding. In the following part of my thesis I describe selected motivational techniques and rewarding processes used within the public sector in more detail. The goal of the theoretical part of my thesis is to find out which factors influence staff motivation in the public sector, which of these factors are mostly used to motivate employees and whether the managers do motivate their staff in accordance with the theories of motivation.
Work motivation analysis in public sector

This diploma thesis discusses the work motivation process from a psychological perspective. The key factor is derived from the understanding of work motivation theory in the public sector. This thesis is relatively connected to the bachelor thesis of the author from 2009 but contains many new ideas of the work motivation theory together with an inter-cultural framework. After describing the research methods and expected results, the author inserts new research findings. In conclusion, an analysis of the predicted results is presented together with recommended suggestions, generally applicable to all business units in the public sector.

This bachelor thesis is concerned with employee motivation -- very important part of human resources management. It is primary focused on motivation of civil servants. The practical part is focused on obtained knowledge application and interpretation of survey results. This bachelor thesis deals with the motivation and stimulation of employees at the University of Economics in Prague. In the theoretical part are determined the basic concepts of motivation and are presented some motivational theories. In the practical part are mapped the motivational instruments, that the school uses and there is processed a questionnaire survey. The aim of the work is to analyse the motivational system at the University through this questionnaire survey and suggest solutions that help improve the system of motivation and thereby increase employee's satisfaction.
The ways of increasing employees’ motivation and satisfaction in selected organizations

The diploma thesis first describes basic motivation theories and other, motivation related, subjects. Further, in reference to several extensive investigations via questionnaires taken in two different companies with more than one year gap, evaluates the motivation and satisfaction of employees. It also examines how the motivation and satisfaction changed after implementing several organizational changes; more efficient work time management, more transparent organizational structure, improved communication between managers and employees, etc. The thesis also compares the results of the questionnaires taken in those two companies and tries to find common motivators despite the fact the each company finds itself in a very different field and has diverse employee structure. All the questionnaires were based on Stoewer's test.

The theoretical part explains concepts of motivation and stimulation, introduces basic theories of motivation and outlines the usage of stimulation in practise. The practical part deals with introduction of examined company, her current stimulative system and with analysis of stimulation of employees and their satisfaction with the stimulative system.
