Multi-platform environment for mobile-game development
Vacula, Ivan ; Bednárek, David (advisor) ; Ježek, Pavel (referee)
Title: Multi-platform environment for mobile-game development Author: Ivan Vacula Department: Department of Software Engineering Supervisor: RNDr. David Bednárek, Ph.D. Supervisor's e-mail address: bednarek@ksi.mff.cuni.cz Abstract: Smart mobile devices are getting more and more popular these days. But there comes a problem with their expansion as well. Mobile operating systems differ from each other, as do mobile devices themselves, so development across multiple platforms is not simple. Situation is even worse when it comes to games. These need to use limited resources of a mobile device as much as possible, taking into account quick response to user actions, graphical execution et cetera. The first goal of this thesis is to compare existing solutions for multi-platform mobile game development. The second goal is to design a new system. This system must ensure targeting of multiple platforms during mobile game development. Included in this thesis is implementation of the system on two vastly different operating systems as well as implementation of a demonstration game. Mass transport routing
Bečka, Michal ; Bulej, Lubomír (advisor) ; Yaghob, Jakub (referee)
A journey planning tool accessible from a mobile device provides travel information on the move. This work studies various aspects of journey planners in order to develop a solution for this task. We analyze the connection with phone networks and the Internet for possible choices to place the tool. Then we study the development environment consisting of operating systems programming languages. Another part covers possible parameters for the journey search. Then we investigate the source and form of input traffic data along with possible algorithms for this problem. Based on this analysis we design an application, making decisions from the analyzed areas. The design is applied for the following implementation and the resulting program we describe and measure. The purpose of this work is to develop a working application for mobile devices capable of public transit journey search, and to show what development of such application entails.
Creation of geoinformatical system for mobile devices
Jakl, Michal ; Čábelka, Miroslav (advisor) ; Kříž, Jan (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to design and create a complex community geoinformatical system for mobile devices with Android OS. The first part presents currently available software tools, with an emphasis on user friendliness and minimal financial costs. The following sections deal with design of client-server system, selection and processing of data into databases and creating algorithms, ensuring the entire system. Emphasis is also placed on optimalization for mobile devices, bilingualism and user friendliness. The practical outcome and application of ideas from previous parts of this work is the creation of a mobile application DoPřírody!, which allows outdoor users to search the database of natural areas (parks, forests, cemeteries and others) and also is able to navigate the shortest route to the selected destination in real time. For registered users it is possible to rate, comment and edit existing areas and add new ones. The conclusion contains comparation with large map servers, the results of publishing application on the Google Play website and conclusions of testing in the community of users. Android Music Player with the Song Selection by a Device Context
Design of a Mobile Application for Medical Sphere
Puček, Matej ; Kindlová, Dita (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is devoted to the design of a mobile application for the medical sphere, which would facilitate communication between doctors and their patients. The thesis contains an analysis of the mobile device market, the mobile application market for the presence of similar applications and the design of a database and application functions. The conclusion of the thesis focuses on the evaluation of the final design of the solution using selected methods.
Analysis of Mobile Devices Network Communication Data
Abraham, Lukáš ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Burgetová, Ivana (advisor)
At the beginning, the work describes DNS and SSL/TLS protocols, it mainly deals with communication between devices using these protocols. Then we'll talk about data preprocessing and data cleaning. Furthermore, the thesis deals with basic data mining techniques such as data classification, association rules, information retrieval, regression analysis and cluster analysis. The next chapter we can read something about how to identify mobile devices on the network. We will evaluate data sets that contain collected data from communication between the above mentioned protocols, which will be used in the practical part. After that, we finally get to the design of a system for analyzing network communication data. We will describe the libraries, which we used and the entire system implementation. We will perform a large number of experiments, which we will finally evaluate.
Development of a Mobile Application and a Business Plan for a New Start-up
Miklánek, Peter ; Novák, Lukáš (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
The Master‘s thesis deals with the design, implementation and creation of a mobile application and a business plan for a new-coming start-up which offers rental intermediation for movable goods. The application is designed for a mobile platform Android. It focuses on user-friendly interface while containing functionality of adding and viewing rental advertisements for movable goods. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical outcomes of the operating system Android and the structures of business plan. The following parts concern the analysis, design and implementation. The conclusion is aimed towards the business plan blueprint.
Text Messages Manager for Android
Bloudíček, Jan ; Otrusina, Lubomír (referee) ; Kouřil, Jan (advisor)
This thesis describes a creation of an application for mobile devices which is designed to manage short text messages and electronic mail on the Android platform. Text messages can be sent also through the SMS gateways. This work explains basic concepts and technologies for developing applications for Android. It describes the analysis phase, design of architecture and user interface, implementation and testing of the program.
Privacy Protection on Mobile Devives
iOS Application for Pokemon's GO Players Community
Pihrt, Patrik ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
Pokémon Go is one of the most successful mobile game applications ever created. The game is supported on Android and iOS platforms. This bachelor's thesis describes the way of finding out certain type of information from game's screenshot. Those screenshots are inserted to the application by user, datas are calculated and Pokémon's individual value is known and showed. Results are saved and can be seen anytime. The application provides the newest gaming information.
