Optimization of Marketing Mixes in Sports Facilities

The goal of this thesis is to optimize current marketing mixes in sports facilities. As such, this thesis will suggest appropriate optimization strategies for these mixes and recommend methods for improving marketing communication practices and service portfolios, in order that facilities may heighten their competitiveness, increase facility attendance, and enhance client satisfaction. The theoretical section of this thesis analyses marketing mixes, services, sports product, CRM, CEM, and facility environment. The practical component first presents the facility itself: a squash centre, where the analysis was done. An analysis and assessment of marketing activities of the squash centre was carried out afterwards. Quantitative forms of research, especially interviews, were used. Informal conversations were also held with the management of the squash centre. The thesis results in some recommendations for the squash centre which are applicable for sports facilities in general.
Analysis of microenvironment of selected firm

The main objective of this thesis is to do an analysis of microenvironment of the Záruba food a.s. company in České Budějovice with the help of Porter's five forces model. Porter's five forces model determines the position of the selected companies on the Czech market in terms of the area of competitors, customers, suppliers and distribution channels. The output of Porter's analysis is the identification of potential threats or opportunities that can be used to eliminate the threats involved. It was also made economic-financial analysis.. Based on the analysis it is possible to recommend strategies for improvement.

The objective of my work I have focused on the assessment of the current situation of the company in the marketing environment and to propose any changes in the use of these influences in the selected company through the analysis of macro and micro throughout the company.

The aim of this bachelor thesis entitled Analysis of microenvironment of firm is: To analyze microenvironment for selected firm and suggest possible improvements based on the detected situation. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part, entitled literature research, is aimed at obtaining theoretical basis, which is necessary for each analysis. This basis was obtained through the study of vocational literature. The second part includes the author?s own work, which is divided on the methodological part, the part dealing with the characteristics of the selected company, and part in which studied methods were put into practice and the analysis itself was done. This analysis was further divided into part dealing with the company itself focused on human resources, products of firm and economic-financial situation, and part analyzing close surroundings of the company by using Porter?s model of five competitive forces in the sector.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyse market opportunities of a given company. To reach this aim, I made own evaluation of the macro environment using STEP analysis, using Porter{\crq}s model I analysed the micro environment, and for the company assessment financial analysis and marketing mix were used. I have made a summary of all my findings and created SWOT analysis, in which I identified strenghts and weaknesses of the company, as well as its opportunities and threats.

The topic of my bachelor paper is influence of the micro-environment on the supplying of needs and wishes of customers in a chosen firm. The influence of micro-environment was analyzed in the textile fancy-goods firm from Vyšší Brod. The aim was to analyze the factors which influence firm{\crq}s possibilities to supply needs and wishes of customers. I get information from discusses with customers, from questionnaires a firm the holder of the firm. I mentioned the history of the firm, information about suppliers, customers, competition, public, about the influence from outside and inside environment of the firm in my bachelor paper. According to the result of the research I could suggest proposals on improving the current situation in the firm.
