The book Grey Literature Repositories provides information about the concept of grey literature, its development, types, and producers in the European context, with a focus on the Czech Republic. The example of the National Repository of Grey Literature, practically implemented in the National Technical Library, is given to illustrate how such a repository may be built. The most important factors in the success of such project are cooperation and legislation. The book presents the components necessary to construct a repository from a practical viewpoint, namely analysis, selection and implementation of software, creation of the metadata format and audit of repository credibility.

Development possibilities of small and medium-sized enterprises in South Bohemia and Lower Bavaria

Small and medium-sized enterprises perform important task in economy. To the category fall into enterprises to 250 employees. They supply social background and make for limitation of migration inhabitantes abroad or their inland. For development of small and medium-size enterprises in south Bohemia and Lower Bavaria serve programmes for their support. Entrepreneurs have possibility cooperation with organisations which offer facilities for sphere facilitation of bussines. Through these institutions happenes link-up including cooperation between Czech-German regions.
OpenGrey - how it works and how it is used

OpenGrey is a unique repository providing open access to European grey literature references, the result of 25 years of cooperation. This paper presents the features of the new website, successor to OpenSIGLE, and reports on lessons learned from the transfer of metadata between platforms. OpenGrey usage data and feedback information support our advocacy for more grey literature in repositories.

The goal of this Bachelorś Thesis is to introduce, describe and evaluate processes and stages in the development of legislation. This Bachelor Thesis focuses on the personal data protection in five thematic parts. First part is foreign relations, Participation of the Office in International cooperation and transfer of Personal Data Abroad. In the second part this Thesis describes Resolutions of the Spring Conference 2010 of the European Data Protection. The third part describes Data Protection in the relation to marketing. The fourth part represents the consequences of misuse of personal data and review of sanctions. The Fifth part represents practical knowledges. At the conclusion of this Bachelorś thesis is summary of the current problems and shortcomings of the International cooperation and benefits from International cooperation between countries.
Foreign policy of the USA and China towards Burma

Burma, abounds with vast natural resources and this coupled with its strategic geographical and political position draws the country increasing attention from the international community. However, any further cooperation with Burma is complicated by her nondemocratic regime represented by the military junta.The thesis presented here aims to compare the attitude of two world powers the U.S. and China towards Burma, find motives of their foreign policy and to evaluate the consequences of this policy. American foreign policy towards Burma is characterized by the imposition of isolating sanctions, while China opts for a policy of cooperation with the burmese junta. Recently however, the U.S. and China have been re-evaluating their foreign policy attitude towards Burma and this thesis attempts to point out possible future developments in this area.
The Czech-German police cooperation in the EU

The Area of Freedom, Security and Justice is currently one of the most dynamically developing areas in the EU. One of its integral parts is police cooperation. This bachelor thesis is concerning the Czech-German police cooperation. The first part describes the legal and institutional framework for police cooperation in the EU, the second part analyzes involvement of the Czech Republic and Germany. The third part is focused on cross-border cooperation. The Czech and German police cooperation is mainly based on their membership in the Schengen system. Additionally, they both attend common projects within the EUROPOL. The Czech-German cross-border cooperation is working well and is often subsidized by European funds.
Interpol, Europol and their role in the international police co-operation

One of the most distinctive characteristics of the modern times is the ever ongoing process of globalization. While it has many positive features, there are some disadvantages as well, among them the evolution of the international organized crime. To solve this problem, international police co-operation is necessary. In the last century, several organizations aimed at enabling or supporting this kind of co-operation have emerged. From the perspective of the Czech Republic, the most prominent among these are the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) and the European Police Office (Europol). This paper addresses their development, organization structure and activity as well as their role in the field of international police cooperation. In conclusion the paper compares the two agencies and their contribution to the fight against international crime.
Possibilities of International Cooperation among Kindergartens

The final Bachelor´s dissertation work deals with possibilities of international cooperation at nursery schools by means of international educational programmes and exemplifies factual cases. It is based on the present educational qualification for both children and teachers and necessity of more effective and more attractive learning and playing which can create good knowledge essentials for life, study and work in Europe Union. Dissertation includes interview which surveys the present knowledge, attitudes and experience of teachers in this field. It brings instructions for schools or individual teachers who would like to widen and enrich their activities abroad. It emphasizes possibilities of using modern infomation technologies for language-teaching and for exploring culture and traditions in other countries.
Compare border regions South Moravia and Lower Austria in light of small and medium-sized enterprise

Small and medium-sized enterprises are important part of economy. All of them create healthy corporate environment, new jobs for people, increase dynamic of market and they are stabilizing component of economic system. This thesis deals with the possibilities of international cooperation between Lower Austrian and South Moravian small and medium-sized enterprises and with the task of small and medium-sized enterprises in regions. Cooperation between regions contribute to transfer experiences in term of small and medium-sized enterprises, to creation collective projects and to development of regions.
