Prostor svobody, bezpečnosti a práva je v současnosti jednou z dynamicky se rozvíjejících oblastí EU a spadá pod něj také policejní spolupráce. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá česko-německou policejní spoluprací. V první části práce popisuje právní a institucionální rámec policejní spolupráce v EU, v druhé části se zabývá zapojením České republiky a Německa do této spolupráce. Třetí část se zabývá přeshraniční policejní spoluprací. Čeští a němečtí policisté spolupracují hlavně na základě společného členství v schengenském systému a často se účastní společných projektů v rámci EUROPOLu. Spolupráce na česko-německé hranici funguje dobře a je podporována z evropských fondů. The Area of Freedom, Security and Justice is currently one of the most dynamically developing areas in the EU. One of its integral parts is police cooperation. This bachelor thesis is concerning the Czech-German police cooperation. The first part describes the legal and institutional framework for police cooperation in the EU, the second part analyzes involvement of the Czech Republic and Germany. The third part is focused on cross-border cooperation. The Czech and German police cooperation is mainly based on their membership in the Schengen system. Additionally, they both attend common projects within the EUROPOL. The Czech-German cross-border cooperation is working well and is often subsidized by European funds.
