The aim of this work is to create a business plan for fast and healthy eating. The business plan will compete with restaurants that offer a bold and difficult to digest food. It will also offer customers additional products and services within a healthy lifestyle, such as cooking classes and food sales. Based on market analysis, competitive mapping and understanding the needs of potential customers is created by manufacturing, marketing and financial plan. The work also focuses on thorough SWOT analysis, through which can be defined strengths and weaknesses and threats and opportunities that may come from the external environment.

The goal of diploma thesis entitled: "The perception of private labels by Czech and Slovak consumers" was to do own marketing survey, aimed on perception of assortment marked as "organic" by consumer, and as well on organic food assortment under the private labels of retail chains acting in the Czech and the Slovak Republic. Based on survey results and market analysis to assess the current status and trends on the market with organic products and also bring conclusions and recommendations concerned the strategies for further action in "ORGANIC" domain.

The core of the thesis focuses on analysis of the market of precious metals from 1998 to 2011 The used work method is comparison of precious metals between themselves and the world stock indices, the method of analysis in separate calculations of indicators, the method of deduction from the results of calculations.
The problems of the labour market in the Vysočina region

The diploma work "Problems of the labour market in the region of Vysočina" evaluates the main causes and process of the economic recession, based on an analysis of the labour market and unemployment in the region of Vysočina which are based on chosen socioeconomic and demographic characteristics. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The first chapter is devoted to basic theoretical concepts concerning the labor market. The second chapter deals with unemployment and clarifies its economic, social and psychological impacts. The third chapter contains an analysis of demographic and socioeconomic characteristics affecting the labor market in the region. The fourth chapter assesses the impact and consequences of the crisis in the Vysočina region and explains the emergence of the financial crisis and its expansion into the real economy. The fifth chapter covers the analysis of the labor market and unemployment during the economic cycle changes. The last two chapters contain empirical research carried out using questionnaires, whose task was to clarify the feelings and attitudes of the population to adverse economic developments and their impact on the labor market and employment.

Although mostly associated with the harmful consequences of alcohol abuse over the public health, the industry of distilled spirits represents a very important and substantial part of the economy. Nowadays, the spirits industry does not only consist of alcoholic beverages; but it is part of many cultures, creates a certain image, and provides additional incomes for the economy in the form of taxes and excises, as well as job creation. The main aim for writing this paper on this topic was to analyze the Macedonian spirits market and to suggest a marketing strategy through making parallel comparisons between specifics in different spirits markets in the world and the spirits industry in Macedonia. Working in the spirits market industry requires careful execution of the company's strategies and policies, while respecting all the legislation procedures. That is why when entering the spirits market; a good and essential analysis is necessary.
Marketing of the medieval castle in the 21st century

This master's thesis deals with marketing of the historical monument, specifically private castle Horní hrad. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to theoretical background as marketing, marketing mix of historical monuments and enterprise in the field of culture. The practical part deals with past and present of Horní hrad castle. Afterwards the thesis analyses the elements of marketing mix. Based on the information from this part of the thesis and information from marketing research among students of the University of Economics Prague, there are recomendations given for improvement of provided services. The aim of this master's thesis is to determine how private person can create the centre of history and culture for the general public.
E-marketing strategy for introducing peruvian products in selected European country

The Internet has revolutionized the way the world used to work by becoming a crucial part in people's lifestyle. Nowadays, the speed and extent with which people can communicate has reached unimaginable levels, affecting significantly their behavior and the way they do business. This thesis aims to clarify how does business models have changed with the implementation of the Internet by introducing one of its newest e-business models, an "online store" and its following e-marketing plan concepts. Similarly, the thesis also aims to elaborate a project where this e-business model is used to introduce Peruvian products to the Belgian market and evaluate its viability. For this purposes, an e-marketing plan of the mentioned project was developed including macro and micro analysis and customer analysis with its respective marketing research, finalizing with the elaboration of the e-marketing mix strategies. The results of the project revealed that most of the changes of implementing Internet in the business process become noticeable in the formulation of the marketing mix strategies. Regarding the project itself, the study concluded that there exist the right conditions in the country and its potential customers to be profitable. Nonetheless, success will only be reached by the effective implementation of the promotional strategies that help create brand-awareness and loyal relationships with the customers.
Slovak economy with a closer analysis of the labour market

The diploma thesis gives a detailed analysis of the Slovak labour market. The beginning of the thesis includes political and economic development of an independent Slovak state since the Czechoslovak separation until a current situation. The rest of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the labour market situation. Since its major problem is a high unemployment rate, the thesis gives an overview and deeper analysis of its various aspects. Furthermore, the indicators which influence the existence of the unemployment rate are to be found. The end of the thesis sums up the most problematic areas of Slovak labour market. In addition, the necessary steps which need to be done in order to reach an improvement are mentioned.

The thesis is focused on consumer bill payments (payments of a small and medium value of 10 to 100 EUR) and the provision of payment-collection service in the Czech Republic, which being a member-state of the EU can show the trends and characteristics that can be identified in the markets of Germany, France, Italy and other countries of the Single Market of the EU. The purpose of this research is to analyze payment channels used by consumers in C2B level of transfers in the Czech Republic, what provides the basics to understand the appropriate form an instant payments business entity (consumer bill payment collector) should better take to have the space for future development and growth. The focus is made on the market of consumer bill payments and the current development of C2B payments sphere in the Czech Republic and the EU -- all to see the specifics of the market and to answer the question if the entrance and the launch of an IPS in the Czech Republic, first, would be of demand and, second, would have enough time to develop and mature itself to stay in existence in a long-term.
