SCARA control system
Cviček, Pavel ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (referee) ; Benešl, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the possibility of using a SCARA robot with an alternative control system from Beckhoff for 3D printing. The implemented functionalities will be described and the solution will be properly documented. Furthermore, currently occurring problems will be addressed and solutions will be proposed for them. For the proposed application, possible solutions will be described including a detailed design and control program for the implementation of the functionality. A tutorial will be included to guide the user through setting up the slicer and controlling the visualization.
Design of control system of pneumatic manipulator
Roun, Jiří ; Bradáč, František (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is about the design of the control system for the pneumatic manipulator. Initial research describe the current possibilities of pneumatic products for driving and positioning of pneumatic assemblies. The practical part of this thesis describes the connection of hardware with PLC terminals and the design of software for controlling the manipulator. At the end of the thesis is testing part realized with designed software and measuring software.
Control of the Mini-Swing manipulator
Ráheľ, Dušan ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with control of robotic manipulators and their range of applicability. The main objective is to create kinetic model of manipulator in the SolidWorks environment and to set up the identification and control program in the LabVIEW software. It evaluates the applicability of SoftMotion Module tool, which was developed especially for the model control in Motion analysis. The proposed method of control is used on the kinetic model, which employs control commands for the movement of manipulator MiniSwing
Production of gas valves on the automatic line
Pešl, Milan ; Rumíšek, Pavel (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of manufacturing gas valves on the automatic line and the design of CCTV systems to detect errors at assembly in Honeywell Czech Republic Ltd. The aim of this thesis is mutual comparison of the respective proposed options of the camera system, their optimal selection, and the evaluation of detected errors of the line by using Pareto Charts. An integral part of this work is a brief description of the automatic line for gas valves and the history of Honeywell Company.
Manipulation with Implants 3D Models for Medical Surgery Planning
Bišof, Martin ; Štancl, Vít (referee) ; Kršek, Přemysl (advisor)
This thesis describes development and solution of application for planning and simulation of medical surgeries. The documentary part begins with the theoretical principles, which are focused on representation of objects in computer graphics with closer look at the boundary representation. The following part focuses on the theoretical analysis of transformations and manipulators, which will be implemented in the program. The design part of the thesis briefly introduces chosen systematic solutions and informs us on the abstract level with the issues of the whole project. Implementation includes solved tasks according to the assignment from the choice of the implants through transformation of the models to manipulation with cameras. The practical part is documented in the connection to the theoretical knowledge and is developed with the view of the given proposal.
Industrial robot application in area machinning technology
Staněk, Michal ; Matějka, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This study analyzes the application of industrial robots and manipulators in the area of cutting. It portrays the evolution of this dynamic sector and its next possible advancement. It explains the basic categorization and division of industrial robots and manipulators (IRM). The author offers an overview of various applications of IRM, with typical examples of the correct use of different types in technological processes (turning, milling, grinding etc.) in order to effectively increase the production. The study also describes two robotized technological work sites that the author personally visited and documented in detail. This study is supposed to show the indisputable advantages of employing the automating elements into the mechanical engineering and to explain the basic concept of this industry.
