Safety performance indicators in the safety management system in the aviation industry
Skýpala, Radek ; Rozehnalová, Jana (referee) ; Kotek, Luboš (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the reader to the Safety Management System or the Aerospace Safety Management System for a small manufacturing organization. The thesis is dedicated to the description of the stand-alone system, the reason for its creation and its history. A part of the thesis deals with the description of the current state of safety in the organization. A systemic analysis of the subject matter and a static analysis of incidents in the industry are mentioned. It also focuses on the determination of safety indicators in the company and subsequent recommendations for further development.
CNC pocket milling of aeronautical alloys
Wiecková, Kateřina ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Ohnišťová, Petra (advisor)
The aim of the work is to generate and verify pocket milling technology in aviation alloy 7475-T7351 with respect to machine time, surface and machining productivity. First part of the work is theoretical analysis of cycles of milling of simple and complex pockets. Next part of the work is focused on the desing and optimization of strategy of milling of simple and complex pockets in CAM programs and its experimental verification.
Optimization of tool cutting geometry for high-speed machining of thin-walled parts
Barcuch, Jakub ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The theoretical part of the thesis deals with materials used in the aircraft industry with a focus on aluminium alloys. Then it describes high speed machining, its characteristics and its comparison with conventional machining. The following chapters describe strategies of machining thin-walled parts and a description of vibration that occurs during machining. The practical part deals with selection appropriate tool geometry, machining of thin-walled parts and evaluation of their deflection during machining.
Marketing Plan of the Aircraft L410 NG from Aircraft Industries, a.s.
Juráková, Hana ; Mertl, Tomáš (referee) ; Chlebovský, Vít (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with compiling a marketing plan for L 410 NG aircraft, manufactured by Aircraft Industries a.s.. The first part includes general theoretical knowledge, focusing on the process of formulating a plan by analyzing the external environment SLEPTE , Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis and marketing mix 5P. In the second analytical part, the fundamental theory is applied to the company. On the basis of the results achieved, the individuals steps of a new marketing plan, including costs and time schedule are formulated in the final part of the thesis.

Electrical Servo Drives for Critical Applications
Hubík, Vladimír ; Kurka, Otakar (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (referee) ; Opluštil, Vladimír (referee) ; Singule, Vladislav (advisor)
The presented work deals with doctoral thesis named “Electrical drives for critical application”, which is solved in the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics. The paper tries to subsequently describe the progress during development of electric drive and to introduce the findings reached during project solving. The critical application requirements have been defined at the beginning, especially for the aerospace industry point of view. The work deals with the architecture of the control and power electronic, control software algorithms of the brush and brush-less BLDC motor with respect to the final certification aspects. It is also discussed the effectivness of the new development methods based on the modeling and simulation. The Model Based Design approach have been proved and verified during aircraft onboard equipment development. The findings of these are discussed at the end of this work.
Investment casting – progressive foundry technology
Blažík, Petr ; Macků, Martin (referee) ; Mikulka, Vít (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to bring special retrieval about possibilities of investment casting technology used for casting dimensional accurate products from aluminum alloys together with lost-wax process. The thesis deals with problems of the dimensional accuracy and the surface quality of casts produced by this technology. Further a thesis is focused on possibilities of increasing mechanical properties by the modification of casting procedure. At the end a thesis describes special technologies used for casting dimensional accurate aluminum alloys products used in aerospace industry, their principle and reachable mechanical properties.
Complex simulation model of vibration power generator
Harapát, Jan ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work is focusing on analysis of current development in energy harvesting projects in aerospace industry field, and on analysis of current development in vibration generator field. It is also concentrating on establishment of a complex simulation model of vibration generator. It deals with modeling of magnetic field of generator and its cross connection with a mechanic and an electronic model.
MultiCopter Design
Picek, Matěj ; Pelikán, Petr (referee) ; Zdařil, Zdeněk (advisor)
In my work, I focused on the design of an electric multicopter for common and advanced users. The main objective was to bring a simple practical solution to the dron, which will correspond to the current functional and aesthetic standards of industrial design in the aircraft industry. Whole concept of the dron is designed to be as user-friendly as possible. Thanks to its simplicity, small dimensions and dron structure, it takes a minimal transport space and is almost instantly ready for use.
High Speed Milling of Aluminum Alloys for Aircraft Industry
Pazdera, Lukáš ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this paper is a complex analysis of the high speed cutting in the aircraft industry. The paper studies especially the machining of aluminum alloys, which are characterized in the first part. We can find in next chapters a view on the high speed cutting from aspect of the chip formation, the force load and the machined surface roughness. The end of the paper is focused on the issues of the CNC, machining of typical aircraft shapes and description of roughing paths, which increase the productivity.
