The text looks on the forest management of the Czech republic of the two basic thematic units -- forests and ownership. In consequence of their connection there is original theoretical reflection on specificities of public and private ownership of forest and also on their differencies. Integral part of this text is aplication into practical surrounding of forestry from economic, law and political points of view. The text shows some possibilities of ways of further development on the basis of the known government actions and provides a final assessment of this issue.

Comparison of public and private forests

The work deals with conflict between public and private ownership of forests and solves the question, which of these concepts is more suitable in the area of forestry economy. This work takes into account various phenomenon, which are connected with this problematic. The work uses the method of historical comparison of time period before land reform in 1918, when the majority of forests were private and the presence, when the majority of forests is state owned. Next method, that work uses, is method of institutional analysis, which deals with influence of particular institutions and interactions among them.

Forestry in Czech republic - The regulation effects on private owner of forest

This bachelor's thesis deals with state regulation a its effects on forest owners in czech scene. Preliminary there is shortly introduced the forestry evolution a its present condition in Czech republic. Great deal of the thesis is dedicated to Forest act where owners limitations, costs and additional cosi are mentioned. Next there is solved a relevance od forestry grants as a finance compensation of losses which resulting from the Act. Than there are specified some types and the hight of this grants. In the third part the regulation efectivity is studied by economic theories and than applied on forestry. The hypothesis is than practically verified by Natural resourses assessing method. In the end there is discussed the definiteness of the analysis result and there is finded out that the foretstry regulation is unefficient.

Theme of this bachelor work is the analyse of economy of the most important state public enterprise with state forest in Czech Republic, LČR and VLS. Is important to deal with questions about right forest economy, because healthily forest is business card of each moderns communities. That's why I focus in my work this theme, because does not exist sufficiency of resources, which solve this dilemma. In the theoretical part of this work I point out history of state property of forest in the Czech Republic, defining basic economic indicators and the law frame necessary to understand economy of state public enterprise. In this part will be described, how this state public enterprise could be worked and managed in 2009. In the annalistic part of work will be analyse of economy two state public enterprise, confrontation of their economic results and description of actual and long-term problems, which are caused especially in law frame for activities of state public enterprise. For example problems adherent to property of assets of state public enterprise, their statutory body, supervisory board and supply of work and services from extern subject. The goal of this work is appraise analyse and evaluate economy situation of LČR and VLS in valid law conditions in present-day and show, that when two do same thing in same law and economic background , the results does not be same.

Práce zaměřená na charakteristiku jednotlivých nástrojů marketingového mixu ve firmě PTR Strojní závod Třeboň, s. r. o. Závod s mnohaletou tradicí, zabývající se výrobou, prodejem a servisem strojů a strojního zařízení pro lesní hospodářství. Součástí práce je charakteristika historie vzniku a vývoje závodu a profil organizační struktury, popis předmětu podnikání a sortimentu výroby firmy, analýza distribuce a propagace podniku a zároveň zmínění faktorů ovlivňujících stanovení cen v závodě.
